It’s sad that black music and black art in general makes artists like Erykah a rarity. She’s not supposed to look like any cookie cutter BS you people like to see and hear. She’s an artist she trades in innovation and forward thinking. If you opened up your minds you might understand what it means to be “born under water with three dollars and six dimes” as opposed to dancing raunchily as a man talks about “making it rain” on you.
