Without Joe Camel. Damon Dash is about to disappear into oblivion it seems without his former partner Jay-Z. Damon attended the premiere of ‘The Good Shepherd’ last night in NYC with his fashion designer wife Rachel Roy.

Dash recently to Village Voice:

I’m really taking a break from music and focusing on things like Blocksavvy (Urban Myspace), Pro-keds, and my wife’s line, the Rachel Roy collection.”

After fumbling with America magazine and other failed ventures, Damon is wise to take it slow before he is broke. Based on Joe Camel’s recent successes and proven business acumen, he wasn’t lying when he said ‘I am The ROC”. The Jay-Z gravy train appears to be over for Damon Dash.
