To all yes they are and have been married for while this is their 3rd child together. They seperated beiefy (but not as a married couple) when Omar started messing with Saana Lathan while filming Love and Basketball. After he and Saana broke up Omar and Keisha got back together. While Omar and Saana were together he already had a child whith Keisha.

I agree that Keisha has the face of an angel… USUALLY! She definitely has that pregnancy “mask” going on in these pics. The reason she looks like Lil Kim from back in the day is that homegirl is retaining water… even in her cute button nose. Not a great look but it doesn’t really matter. She’ll be back to being her gorgeous, bad self as soon as she pops out that baby! Best wishes for a safe and healthy delivery!

To Lainy- here’s the real story-this is actually Omar & Keisha’s 2nd child together. His first daughter was with another woman named Kalima. They were not married. And no he wasn’t married when he started dating Sanaa. Keisha & Omar dated years back, and then he got with Kalima, then Sanaa and now back to Keisha. They have been married for a couple of years now and are very happy.
