According to MTV News

Mack Maine has been released from an Oklahoma County detention center after turning himself in for assault charges.

Last week TMZ reported that the YMCMB president was facing felony charges after assaulting a female fan and her friend on a tour bus in Oklahoma on August 22.

A representative for the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office told MTV News that on Friday (September 20) the 31-year-old, born Jermaine Preyan, turned himself in to to the Sheriff’s Office Detention Center, completed a “walkthrough” and was released. He has officially been charged with one count of aggravated assault and battery and one count of sexual battery for the events that took place in August.
