This is a condition called hyperhyrdrosis where most people sweat in their hands, feet, and underarms. There is a procedure to stop the sweating in those areas. There are fewer reports of people sweating in their groin area. Unfortunately, there is no procedure or cure to prevent sweating in the groin area. Remy should wear certain clothing to minimize the sweat.
