John Legend and his girlfriend model Christy Teigen were spotted leaving Hyde nightclub last night in LA. We were the first to break the news that the two were dating back in August and seems like they’re still going strong. Damn, it’s cool to have a little arm candy from time to time, but it seems like this dude is only into dating models. SMH at the woman in the back seat covering up her face like she is the one they are trying to photograph.

Nahnah, I am a black woman but I am constantly being mistaken for Hispanic,Indian and even a few times, Arabic. African Americans range from near white to black skin tone. From straight- to wavy- to kinky hair. And not all of us have wide noses and full lips, it runs the gamut to every shape and size.
I dont think Nahnah is being racist or rude, all shes sayin is the girl doesnt look black to her! Initially, lookin at da pic, I wuda guessed some sort of Oriental and White background or sumthin, but then as we all know, Black ppl shade from ebony to ivory from Afro hair to european straight hair etc so it all depends.

I am tired of people saying black people come in all shades. As if our gene is so dirty mixxed kids are automatically black. If someone has a red head scottish parent and a tan italian parent they are scottish italian not a dark irish or a light italian. Stop with that light skinned black when one parent is another race. Let’s be honest.Legend is dating that girl (if she is in fact AA at all)for the same reason most black men dating biracial white looking women. Now, I love John Legend, and I think his girl is beautiful, but I do not know who she thinks she is fooling. That woman is of African ancestry. She even has relaxed hair! I know Black people when I see them, and she is one. People have to realize that when you are a model, sadly, sometimes you can get more work if say you are mixed and look some ethnically vague.
