I was listening to a radio talk show a while back, where they were interviewing Jim Hill, the sports newscaster for CBS, and due to his close relationship with Shaq, he even stated that what he knew, but couldn’t reveal about Shaunie’s improprieties was shocking and very criminal, and to say the least, embarrassing…I think that is the reason why Shaunie was trying to reconcile with Shaq about a month ago.

Community Property goes both ways though. 50% of the profits Shaunie accrued through her investments, in a court of law will be considered Shaq’s. No one is sure of the actual stipulations of the pre-nup and (or) if one of the components deals with infidelity. The examples that you mentioned, are marriages, to my knowledge, happened prior to the advent of iron-clad pre-nups. Jordan married Juanita before he became an icon, the same goes for Spielberg and Amy Irving, Neil Diamond and Johnny Carson. In regards to Michael Strahan, that was just bad legal advice and stupidity…And she was stealing, due to the fact that Shaq’s handlers had to hire a forensic accountant to track down all of her past business transactions.

She also had the children of her first husband that cheated on with Shaq. They’re both adulterers. She knew the job was dangerous when she took it…So don’t try to portray her as a victim in this passion play. The only thing Shaunie deserves is what was initially stipulated in the pre-nup + child support.
