A Bronx grandmother was arrested after her 4-year-old grandson was found dead with severe head trauma Saturday evening, cops said.

Kevion Shand was already dead and lying on the couch when emergency crews arrived at the Metropolitan Ave. apartment of his grandmother Saturday at 6 p.m., police said.

This morning, cops arrested Angela Barksdale, 45, and charged her with assault in connection with the child’s death.

An 18-month-old girl was found nearby unharmed.

Police are questioning multiple people to determine if abuse was involved.

The Administration for Children’s Services is also looking into the boy’s death, said spokeswoman Sheila Stainback.

The 20-gauge shotgun an 11-year-old Pennsylvania boy used to blow away his father’s pregnant fiancée was a Christmas present from his gun-loving dad, cops and family revealed Sunday.

Little Jordan Brown was being trained as a hunter by his father, Chris Brown, in the woods behind their farmhouse.

The Browns come from a long line of hunting enthusiasts. Even the victim, 26-year-old Kenzie Houk, had encouraged Chris to buy the boy his own gun.

Jordan is being charged as an adult in the killing of his stepmother-to-be in her bed Friday morning in their Wampum, Pa., home. She was eight months pregnant.

Jordan’s lawyer, Dennis Elisco, said he plans to ask for the boy to be released on bail Monday and have the case moved to juvenile court.

Elisco says there’s no clear motive for the shooting, and he maintains his client’s innocence.

“I walked out of there thinking he was innocent,” Elisco said after meeting with Jordan. “I believe the boy did not do this.”

Lawrence County Warden Charles Adamo said his 300-person adult facility is not equipped to keep the boy much longer.

Jordan is being held in a 10-by-8-foot cell in the jail’s booking area, where officials check on him every 15 minutes.

Jordan can’t receive visitors except for his attorney because he would be in a room with other inmates.

The warden said the jail doesn’t even have uniforms that fit the child, and that Jordan can’t shower because it would require locking down an entire cellblock.

You can tell by the picture that a fist was absent in the altercaation. No black eye, no bruised and swollen cheeks, no broken skin and no discoloration. The worst thing in the pic was the knots on her head which looks like she bumped her head into something. Secondly it looks like she bit the inside of her lip or something because she defintily dosent have a BUSTED LIP! The mouth is not swollen and there was no exposed opening on the outside of her mouth.

I think that if CB came out with a personal apologize to his fans, family, and especially Rhianna, and admit how he made some horrible choices that night, then I think the public will show more empathy toward him.

If he did this, and talk about how he is going to get professional help and how is wants to and is trying to make things right, I guarantee you, the public would begin to show alot more empathy for him and forgive him much faster. Regardless if he goes to jail or not.

No matter what we say, we nor him doesn’t know if he is going to jail. So it would be better if he did this pubic apology from his lips BEFORE March 5th. Because if he does it after March 5th, then people would be he just did it because he is charged and getting punished.

The media is already gonna be harder on him, a young brother who they keep calling a “rapper”, and who knows what the LAPD, one of the most racist and corrupt departments in the world will do to him.

I totally, totally think that Chris Brown is sorry. And I don’t think that he was beating up or has been beating up on the girl. I think it was just a horrible night that went even more horribly wrong. And what’s worse is not enough facts are being presented to give a more balanced view, just a landslide and it’s really hurting him.

An 11-year-old Pennsylvania boy blew away his father’s eight-months-pregnant fiancée – then calmly got on the bus and went to school, police and relatives said Saturday.
Jordan Brown was consumed with jealousy over Kenzie Houk’s unborn baby and allegedly shot her dead as she lay in bed in the family’s Wampum, Pa., farmhouse Friday morning.

Houk was just two weeks from giving birth – and Jordan was charged as an adult with two counts of criminal homicide, including one for the fetus, state police said.

“It’s tragic,” said a relative who did not want to be named. “They were to be married. He was jealous.”

The young suspect’s father, identified by family members as Christopher Brown, was at work at the time of the shooting, relatives said.

Jordan was being held last night in the Lawrence County, Pa., jail, but was in a cell away from the adult inmates.

Police did not disclose a motive, but relatives said Jordan was upset about the pregnancy.

“They knew it was going to be a boy. She had just gone to the doctor,” one said. “Chris was paying more attention to Kenzie and the new boy coming along, so he was upset.”

Police were shocked by the suspect’s age.

“The whole thing is beyond belief,” said Lt. Steve Ignatz.

Cops said Jordan shot Houk once in the head sometime between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. with his youth-model 20-gauge shotgun – which he had used to win a turkey at a local shooting competition two weeks earlier.

He then left the house as if nothing had happened and caught the bus to school with Houk’s 8-year-old daughter, police and relatives said.

The girl later told police what Jordan had done.

“She didn’t actually eyewitness the shooting. She saw him with what she believed to be a shotgun and heard a loud bang,” said Lawrence County District Attorney John Bongivengo.

Houk’s body was discovered that morning by her younger daughter, who had just celebrated her fourth birthday the night before.

The girl ran out of the house, crying, and flagged down tree trimmers working near the house, about 35 miles northwest of Pittsburgh.

Cops found the shotgun beneath Jordan’s bed.

Jordan initially tried to throw cops off with a false lead, telling them of a suspicious black truck he saw on his family’s property the morning of the slaying.

The boy’s lawyer Dennis Elisco said he’ll try to get the case moved to juvenile court.

Elisco said Christopher Brown was “in a state of actual shock and disbelief.” The father said his son had no prior problems with Houk.

Neighbors were horrified someone so young could be so cold-blooded.

“It’s just so sad that an 11-year-old could do that,” said Sara Johnston, 53, a grandmother who lives nearby. “It’s sick.”

“My heart aches for them all – even for the boy who did it,” said another neighbor who did not want to be identified. “What makes a child do something like at 11 years old?”

I once hit a man with all my might right in his throat, I know it hurt damn near choked him out but emotions were at an all time high and we were going through it. At the time of me striking him I could not control my actions I was so angry. I’ve never hit him again, and 14 years later we are still together. My point being you can grow from situations like this and move forward together.
Just so we know I have been very conflicted with this situation and I’m not sure what is the best decision for her to make.

No, he was an anonymous donor. If he is ordered to pay child support men will be more reluctant to donate sperm to these facilities.

In this particular case I think the argument was for her ex husband (who is NOT the sperm donor) to have to pay child support or alimony.

The eggs have brown crust in it and egg shells. At first you don’t eat the jail food, but when you get som hungry-you break down and swallow it so you don’t have to taste it. those movies have not been shot, that is the opinion of the Director not the studio or the producers (i.e. the money!!), and that project can be pushed back into oblivion. I am tired of this outpouring of symapthy for Chris. Chris is selfish, abusive as well as narcissistic. He cheated on her, beat her up and left her in the streets. If he wasn’t playing games and cheating this could of been avoided.

Chris seems to have taken his new found fame to his head. He is use to everyone saying yes and at his beck and call. Women are not to be used and disgarded like a piece of furniture. It seems as if he wants the gorgeous Rhianna on his arm for the paparazzi and have his way with many other women in secret.

Affairs of the heart are serious. Some men and women lose their lives playing this dangerous game. Chris could of shown Rhianna the respect and consideration of being honest. His conduct is deplorable. The beating he gave her was probably due to her finding out about his infidelities and her objecting to it with anger like most people who have been cheated on. There is no proof she was hitting him. That is hearsay.

Rhianna’s refusal to submit to his desires is enough to trigger anger, resentment, violence and rage. Rhianna’s face is proof of it. There is no excuse for this kind of beating. I hope she never returns to this dark place of despair, and realize that this is not love. A man who loves you will never treat you in this manner.
