Swirl problems!!! Word on the curb is that Taye Diggs swirly matrimony-dom is on the rocks and if the rumors are true — it’s all his fault!

According to Star Magazine reports:

After Star exclusively reported that Taye Diggs was caught cheating on his wife, Idina Menzel, with a sexy brunette in July, Taye has made no attempts to fix his marriage and is instead vying for his freedom – because the two are separating!

According to pals close to Diggs, not only is he adamant that a divorce is in the works, but he’s also bragging about his newly single status to strippers at gentlemen’s clubs around LA.

“Taye isn’t even waiting for the separation to be official,” says the source. “He’s ready to party and let loose.”

Idina and Taye, who would be celebrating their 11-year wedding anniversary in January, are the parents of 4-year-old son Walker.

“Taye will continue to coparent their son… but as far as he’s concerned, the marriage is over.”

SMH… What a douche. Ironically Taye’s wife was on “Live with Kelly and Michael” earlier this week. Hit the flip for details on that interview.

Idina Menzel was one of the guests on “Live with Kelly and Michael” on Tuesday (Nov. 12). While there, the actress and singer talked about her role in the animated film, “Frozen,” as well as her marriage to fellow actor, Taye Diggs.

One of the most entertaining parts of the interview came when Menzel talked about her young son. The boy is apparently just as dramatic as his parents. “He’s obsessed with Michael Jackson,” Menzel said, showing a photo of her son’s Halloween costume. “He’s obsessed with zombies and Michael Jackson, so what better than to be in ‘Thriller’?”

And yes, he knows the zombie dance.

Menzel and Diggs have actually been a couple since they both appeared in the original cast of “Rent.” Their courtship during the play’s run included “sexy” notes left in Menzel’s dressing room. Kelly Ripa revealed that she too had gotten notes from Diggs during the actor’s recent appearance on “Live.” These were less sexy, more along the lines of “We’re out of milk.”

The main point of the interview was to promote Menzel’s role in the upcoming animated film, “Frozen.” She provided the voice for Elsa the Snow Queen, one of two sisters in the movie — the other being voiced by Kristen Bell.

“It’s kind of a modern take on the two girls. They’re not your standard princesses,” Menzel said.

Poor thang… Sounds like she’s still hoping for the best.
