I truly believe this guy should get the benefit of the doubt. I am truly sorry about what happened to Hudson’s family, but the whole way this situation played out leaves reasonable doubt in my mind. It took way too long for them to charge him with anything (which I personally believe is because they intentionally tried to build a case against him.) He was the most likely suspect due to his criminal background, and it was a very high profile case and they wanted to hurry and get it solved, without really doing any investigation into other possibilities. Come on now…if this guy is a career criminal as the media has played out, there’s no way he would leave the murder weapon in an open field inside of a pizza box. That ish was so suspect. The court of public opinion has already found him guilty without giving him a chance.

There REALLY hasn’t been enough evidence to pin the murders on this guy. But unfortunately, his name is already Mudd in the media. You’ve got people saying “throw him UNDER the jail!” based on what? The fact that Julia threw him under the bus by claiming he (allegedly) threatened to harm her and/or her family? If you ask me, JULIA DID IT!!!! That whole “now I’m the prettiest one” comment was the nail in the coffin for me. Wasn’t she off work that day and couldn’t confirm her whereabouts? If nothing else, the gun in the pizza box says it all! She worked up an appetite murdering folks and chucked the gun with her garbage!!!!

Well that the way of worlds systems works if they cannot afford good and acquit defense you
jail, them give them a kangaroo court and railroad them off too prison meanwhile truth and justice is

I’m jumping on this train.

While I hate what happened to Jennifers family, I was never fully convinced from the news report that he was guilty and I always and still do feel that Jennifers sister had more to do with this than she is letting on. I just pray that the CORRECT PERSON OR PERSONS are brought to justice for this heinous crime.

It is a little fishy. Some lawyers take cases like this pro bono due to the publicity it will get. It could certainly put a lawyer on the “map.” So if he bailed on him….I don’t know…

And if its a death penalty case they could petition the state to pay for it. Or at least you can in Georgia.

I was working on the day of the killings and did not get back in the country untill a week later I know Julia and spoke with her before I left she told me her son was fine. I was told by a family member about the tragedy but I thought they said Jennifer Hollidays family i went to the store and saw a magazine with jennifer hudson on the cover and it spoke about the tragedy I was so shocked I had to put down my items and leave the store, I could not even pick up the magazine and read it I had no idea of anything that had happened but when I saw that magazine the first person I thought of was william I knew he had something to do with it. My heart goes out to Julia and Jennifer.
