Desmond Tutu's Home Was Robbed While He Attended Mandela's Funeral

Whoever did this just earned themselves a non-refundable ticket straight to Hell. How do you rob the Archbishop during MANDELA’s FUNERAL???

According to NY Daily News reports:

The home of South African social rights activist and anti-apartheid hero Desmond Tutu was burglarized while he was speaking at Nelson Mandela’s memorial service on Tuesday, according to a report.

It was the second reported break-in at the former Archbiship’s Cape Town home since the summer.

“I can confirm that there was a burglary last night,” his aide, Roger Friedman, told Agence France-Presse on Wednesday.

No other details were immediately available.

In August, someone broke into the apartment while Tutu and his wife were asleep.

The Nobel Peace Prize laureate woke up from the house alarm, but went back to bed.

It was later in the day that the family realized there had been a burglary.

Friedman told the Associated Press at the time that the intruder used a stolen remote control for the house gate to get onto the property.

No arrests were made.

They better catch those crooks. Guess it really doesn’t matter anyway though — you can’t run from God.
