Chicago Man Sends Obama Camp Envelopes Filled with HIV Infected Blood

Some nut job sent the Obama Staff some envelopes drenched in HIV blood:
A man from President Obama’s hometown of Chicago has been arrested for allegedly sending Obama and his staff envelopes containing HIV-infected blood, in the hopes of killing or harming them. It’s only the second time ever that HIV-infected blood has been sent with malicious intent through the U.S. mail system, a spokesman for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service said. In the weeks leading up to Obama’s inauguration, Saad Hussein, an Ethiopian refugee in his late 20’s, sent an envelope addressed to “Barack Obama” to offices of the Illinois government in Springfield, Ill., according to court documents. The envelope contained a series of unusual items, including a letter with reddish stains and an admission ticket for Obama’s election-night celebration in Chicago’s Grant Park. Court documents said Hussein, who takes drugs to treat a mental illness, later told FBI agents he is “very sick with HIV” and cut his fingers with a razor so he could bleed on the letter.

FYI- you cannot transmit hiv through a letter as this guy tried to. HIV is a blood born pathogen that requires a host to survive. Outside of the host, the virus can only survive for less than 3 minutes. Other blood born deseases like Hepatitus can be spread like that but not HIV.
The whole thing is sad,but its a good way to get the national spotlight on aids, immigration and the war in Ethopia. We are so focus on the economy that its seems like all the other things went out the window.

Thats true for all Americans, if we all wouldn’t have confronted our government, America would never be this great welcoming place that other people abandon their own countries for. I, and many americans, have a problem with people who abandon their own country. Why hasn’t he gone back to Ethiopia and served his people, after all Ethiopia has a failing medical system and an out of control AIDS problem, like 1 in 4 of the whole population is infected. So they seek out that negative black voice to show the world that black people aren’t as unified as perceived. Also they feel that they have to hide behind a black person in order to go against the black messiah, hence Michael Steele. So they used Uncle Tom Black people to say that Barack wasn’t black enough. That wasn’t at all the opinion of the m*****es.
I do think that the fact that Barack was biracial and foreign born made him more pallable for white people. That opinion is supported by black history, check out the talented 1/10th philosophy. And please think about the history of the creoles in the south and in the carribean. The idea of bettering the black race with white blood and creating a cl***** system was a popular idea practiced from here to latin America to Africa itself. But it doesn’t mean that Black people love our mixed race people any less. Thats our reality living in America.

Please check your own country’s immigration policy as it concerns to other Africans. Can u honestly say that Kenya has been an open, warm environment to its refugees. I would never stoop so low as to call you ignorant, obviously u are not. But there are segments of African American history that I an educated person never even knew about. For example, the angola prison farm in the south, sundown laws, and anti-loitering laws that push blacks back into slavery all the way up to the 60s’. I do believe that there are aspects of your African history that u may not know about, especially stuff that your government would like to keep hidden. Since u think I need to read a book, I’m open to any suggestions you may have. But here are a few books I have read that may help u learn a little more about African history, Is Violence Inevitable in Africa, and Ethnicity and Conflict in the Horn of Africa. Also check out these scholars, Alfred Nhema, James Curry, and John Oucho (he has a lot to say about violent conflicts in Kenya and along the border).

The HIV virus dies within seconds of contact with air, so there is no need to fear HIV infection from dried blood on an envelope.
