Parents Force Child To Smoke Sticky Icky

Some people reallllyyyy shouldn’t have kids.

According to Buffalo News:

Two Mayville teenage parents have been charged with forcing their 2-year-old to smoke sticky icky, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reported Friday.

The toddler’s mother, Jessica Kelsey, 17; the father, George Kelsey, 18; and Jessica’s father, Don Baker, 54, all of South Erie Street, are charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said.

The incident allegedly occurred in the family’s apartment on the evening of Dec. 5, when the three adults either helped, observed or encouraged the 23-month-old to smoke sticky icky from a lighted bowl, the sheriff’s office said.

The case was investigated by the Chautauqua County sheriff’s office, the district attorney and child protection department.

All three were arrested on warrants and arraigned in Town of Chautauqua Court.

They are being held in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.

The toddler and another sibling are in the care of Child Protective Services, authorities said.

These parents need their azzes whooped.
