I really do not understand how this matter became race related. Do anyone remember when a white lady dialed 911 a few years ago when Burger King failed to prepare a Western Whopper the correct way she ordered it?

I would have been pissed off as well if they took my order and my money before telling me that they were out. Rightfully so, I would have been further pissed off to have been refused a cash refund. It’s not her fault that the sale was finalized under the misrepresentation that she would be given what she ordered and paid for.

Everyone here is over looking the point. If she order something in they didn’t have it they were suppose to give her, her money back. She did right by calling the police. If she would have went the other way about it, y’all will have something to say about that. Can a black women get a break and some black support?

Look, this is not stupid. 7 years ago a man was arrested by the police in NYC because he did not want to pay the tip for poor service. the tip was automatically added to his check because he had a party of 5 at his table. He did tip one waitress who was very good. The restaurant called the cops and arrested him for theft of services. He sued and won; a tip is not mandatory.
They took her money under false pretenses, they should have told her they were out and she wanted her money back. They were forcing her to eat the brand, not just the McNuggets.
But you know, we need to stay out of Mcdonalds so I hope this sotry does the trick. It causes obesity.

The point is, she paid money for something that was unavailable. They had no right to keep her money. She did the right thing in calling po-po. Otherwise, she may have kicked someone’s a$$, and they would have called po-po on her; and we all know what would have happened then. She probably would have gotten beat down, arrested, and locked up. We need to applaud this sister, not ridicule her.

Don’t you think people are laughing at the incredulity of it all. I agree, the police mishandled the situation. If you listen to the tapes they don’t tell her it is not an emergency instead they have the time to arrest somebody who is being stiched up by MacDonalds. The situation is comedic and tragic. But she will make some money out of this.
