I’m sorry I just think this was a good bargain…a school fight is like a 1 on 1 deal not a 6 on 1 deal…they were jumping him to hurt him in the worst way…yes we not suppose to let people disrespect us…but i wont be throwing my life away over a word…ill just do like jill scott and laugh histerically until they get annoyed at my response and leave. I agree with jojo people take fighting way too far nowadays, which is why it is not a crime to do so…n when you go to school you do sign a paper that tells you your responsibilities as a student and respect for the school. I’m just glad it was reduced and they are letting both sentences run together…i hope he clears his mind and gets his life straight.

I agree with the majority. I think he should be let go with time served. Especially since he served those first 10 months in an adult facility, and on trumpet up charges. The so called plea deal was not the best they could have done. I pray that he gets his life back after all of this and is able to become a productive young man.

If everyone who has ever been in a school fight was sentenced to jail could you imagine the percent of teens who would be locked up right now?!?!?!

he ought to b under the jail and hes lucky he got both sentences run together no matter what a person does to u u dont take the law in ur own hands and since hes a trouble maker they will be expecting him back in the big house cuz he aint learned no lesson u got 2 get an education for that
