While Brown’s attorneys claim there never was a book deal or plans to hit the talk show circuit to discuss abuse issues — despite other Brown insiders’ claims to the contrary — it seems the two music superstars’ current squabbles are stemming from their individual memories of the infamous altercation in Brown’s car the night of Feb. 8.

Rihanna is said to be furious Brown is putting out the tale she started it — by striking him first, after discovering a text message from another woman on his cell phone. Some legal experts are saying, if that’s the case, the Los Angeles authorities’ case against Brown could be weakened.

Never before in time have we had so many women in prison. There is a sense of boldness that has erupted in woman, but there is a negative boldness & a Positive one. New Details Surrounding Police Report

Contrary to what sites like TMZ had previously reported, Rihanna did not tell police that she was the victim of “escalating violence.” TMZ reported: “Multiple law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the night of the attack Rihanna told cops she was the victim of escalating violence — and the perp was Brown.”

However, a source involved in the investigation tells Hollyscoop exclusively that in the reports, Rihanna confessed there has only been two other incidences in which she felt threatened, but this was the first time Chris retaliated. According to the source involved in the investigation, the night of the alleged attack, Rihanna attacked Chris after reading a text message sent to him by a former lover.

The situation escalated and resulted in Chris’ alleged attack on Rihanna. Chris turned himself over to the LAPD on February 8 and was booked and later released on $50,000 bail.

The Call for Help

Although initial reports suggested that a female made the call to police, according to the report, it was a Rabbi who lives in the area. The unidentified man reportedly heard the confrontation outside and called 911, not knowing he was about to make a report about R&B’s biggest stars. He came outside when he heard shouting. “She was screaming out of control and he was extremely calm,” read his statement, adding that Rihanna “was not screaming for help, she was just screaming.”

This whole lynch mob mentality surrounding this case has sickened me to no end. And it sickens me more that we as black people take part in it.

Do you know how many times black men (and women) get accused of ish they did not do?! People get all hyped up on the melodrama, and pay little attention to what is being said.

Anyone who looked at this matter rationally could see that there was a gaping hole in the initial “details”.

I’ve found it’s only people with tenuous relationships with the black community (basically black people who haven’t been in the hood in ages) who are rushing to blame Chris. I find that most of us are like “wait a minute I need more information”. I find that most of us don’t jump up and look for a sheet everytime a black man gets accused of something. Of course the white community hates black men, especially successful ones, but the hate from the black community is from jaded older single women who have morphed Chris’ face into their baby-daddy’s. I’ve actually been very proud that those of us with real ties to the community have behaved the way we have it’s funny to see the black man haters (black and white) condeming us! As if we’re the ones with issues.

Also a lot of these Rihanna defenders excuse her behavior because he was cheating on her just like Ray Ray and Pooky cheated on them back in the day. SMH.

I was in the line @ Publix (grocery store) checking out and on the cover of all the magazines except Readers Digest, Oprah, and the soap magas BAAM were Chris and Rihanna – they are major celebrities now, for the wrong reasons of course.

We done heard everything from herpes, steroids, pic of a jump off, marriage, pregnancy, I wouldn’t be surprised if the next story was about them being abducted by aliens.

Actually UGH, if you go to TMZ they are reporting that’s what is in the report. That Rihanna actually hit him. Not only did she attack him this time, but before. While they were in Europe and she got aggressive with him in Barbados. It was just this time was the last straw and for the FIRST TIME he hit back.

Lastly you seem to have been a victim of abuse. In which case you need to seek counseling. You can’t get back at your abuser by yelling at Chris on a message board.

i see no where in the documents on tmz stating the supposed ” fact ” that rihanna was hitting on him with her heels. she was trying to defend HERSELF.

She was not defending herself. She struck him out of anger and jealousy.

Further the violence that was escalating, was her violence against him. Again in the article. I’ll do you a favor and post the pertinent part here.

We’re told Brown’s people have consulted with outside legal eagles — including law school professors — who have said Rihanna’s own aggressiveness takes it out of the felony category. Sources say Rihanna was the first one to strike — slapping and striking Brown “numerous times” while he was driving, after seeing the text message from another woman. And Rihanna was fighting Brown as he punched and hurt her. We’re told much of this is reflected in the official police report based on what Rihanna told cops. As a result, they say, this is not a case that demands a felony plea.

Further as the another source reports Rihanna was the one abusing Chris and this is the first time HE retaliated.

Contrary to what sites like TMZ had previously reported, Rihanna did not tell police that she was the victim of “escalating violence.” TMZ reported: “Multiple law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the night of the attack Rihanna told cops she was the victim of escalating violence — and the perp was Brown.”

However, a source involved in the investigation tells Hollyscoop exclusively that in the reports, Rihanna confessed there has only been two other incidences in which she felt threatened, but this was the first time Chris retaliated. Rihanna told investigators that the first incident occurred in Europe three months ago. It was a verbal dispute, which led to Rihanna slapping Chris Brown. In self-defense, Chris put her up “against the wall” and told her to calm down.

Now… the “documents” on TMZ are not the Official police Report. Harvey Levin was on tv yesterday morning saying so.

You want to demonize this kid for whatever reason. But things aren’t always what they seem. Maybe you should wait to hang him after you hear the whole story.

I saw that episode. Depending on whether or not she hit him with the heel, it depends. No one knows if Chris got medical attention or not. He left the area.

People are making a lot of assumptions.

Word to the wise: Keep your hands to yourself.

You want to jump big and bad with any and everybody. Put hands on them… You may come against someone who hits harder than you.
