this guy is an fool. how dare he say hip hop has done more than any politician or leader. excuse me? i think MLK, Thurgood Marshall and countless others are the real reason for this country’s progress…not your dumb ass! just because white kids listen to your music does not mean they are not racist. their parents loved the motown sound and was still racist and their grandparents loved jazz and the blues and were racists. i can’t stand self-important fools like jay z.

Jay does not know his history…….whites have always integrated toward black music. In the great Jazz Era whites were listening to jazz and hanging at the black clubs with black people. Black people and black music is a form of rebellion for some white kids but the way of the world does not seem to change. As a matter of fact, blacks owned more property, did better in education during segregation. It is after the Civil rights and interogation laws pass that we start to see a decline in our community. The Hip-hop post crack era helped to dumb us down(Jay Z era and Snoop Era). They got rich off the buffonery but the community got worst. A few blacks have learn to live like Europeans and think that they have race relations, no what you have is Assimilation.

I definately don’t agree..I think those kids are still taught some form of racism from an early age and the African-American celebrities and “elite” are only seen as the exception to the rule…
