The people you just name keep in mind those are his artist.some of the people he brought on tour with him most likely from his own label”rockfella” i may be mistaken.

But the people he promoted was basically his own artist and himself.Now he can go on to bigger and better and it just might be with a another record company or just plain doing his own thing .

jay brought rihanna ,neyo,dream and co to def jam.he helped them put out three consecutive platnum albums .hemarketed kanyes last two projects .he took the def jam artists on tour and was responsible for def jam having the number one market share for three years in a row.so u bet ur ass he has a right to make big demands.

so what if ppl got sacked.that has nuthing to do with jays money.it merely means they werent doing their jobs or their purpose was no longer needed.most of those people were street team people who werent getting paid major anyway and who were prolly temping.
