The Real Housewives of Atlanta star posted close-up pics of a suspiciously fuller bustline on her Twitter page last week, and now a top doc tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that it looks like she’s gone under the knife.

“Looks like this Real Housewife may have some fake breasts!” Dr. Anthony Youn tells tells Radar exclusively. “I suspect that she’s had a recent breast augmentation [because of] the puffiness on her upper breasts.”

“This is very common in the first couple months after a new breast enhancement,” Dr. Youn, who has not treated the Bravo beauty, explains.

But her new look could help her land a new rebound romance? Dr. Youn weighs in, “They look good and appear to fit her frame very appropriately. Overall, Porsha looks really good!”
