I don’t like Taye diggs, because he has some self hatred issues. When he had his sitcom, he had an all white cast. All of his friends, girlfriends and even the babysitter were white. I have a problem with this. When his show got cancelled he blamed black people for not supporting him. Black people were upset with his all white cast.

It’s not about being white-washed, it’s about moving past the ignorance yourself and choosing not to add to the hate that brews within others. I have dated outside my race twice and it was cool and I didn’t change the way I acted at all. I married a black man, but I have a very close friend who is married to a yt man and she doesn’t act ANY different whatsoever. You are entitled to your opinion but IMHO it’s views like this that continue to hold us back.

I think that if we lived in an ideal world, then everything would be as it should be. However, not combatting it when you see it, does nothing to change it and the indifference of so-called good men, who have no comment or defense of this type of behaviour.
