Looks like your boy Eddy Curry is trying to get his little ‘workplace sex case‘ dropped:

Knick center Eddy Curry says his “press-hungry” former driver can’t sue him for workplace sex harassment because Curry is not an “employer” under state human-rights law. In a Manhattan federal court filing, Curry said yesterday that his only employees were ex-chauffeur David Kuchinsky and a personal chef. Under state law, “the term ’employer’ does not include any employer with fewer than four persons in his employ,” which Curry said makes Kuchinsky’s “malicious allegations” subject to dismissal. The 6-foot-11 hoopster who’s accused of propositioning Kuchinsky for sex also wants court-ordered arbitration on Kuchinsky’s other charges, which include a claim for $98,000 in unpaid wages and expenses. Kuchinsky’s lawyer, Matthew Blit, said “we know for a fact” that Curry had at least four people working for him, adding, “We are extremely confident that their motion to dismiss will be denied.”

Forget the all the workplace ish, either you tried to solicit sex to this man or not. SMH.
