I treat all my help VERY WELL. YOu never mistreat people who are cooking your food and cleaning the house. They have private access to your personal space. THINK ABOUT IT. They can pay you back in several ways…That’s just not very smart, to do..

One thing that my mom, told me, that I go by, you never know what life is going to hand you. You caould lose EVERYTHING tomorrow. You don’t mistreat people,just because you can. That is stupid and eventually will come back to you..

And ill treatment of any staff, usually results in high attrition rate,(meaning they don’t hang around long) because noone will stick around long enough, to be bothered with you.

Just because you have money and someone else doesn’t, doesn’t give you the right to treat them, as less. When I enter the 7 & 8 figures. I will NEVER act like that. I’ve done pretty well for myself, already and I prdie myself on not mistreating anyone.
