I thought the American Music Awards were suppose to be for the artits that is popular or hot for that year amd sold a lot of records, not the Grammy. The Grammys are suppose to be about artistry above and beyond. What happened to that? Ummm… there are some inalienable facts here that can’t be ignored, regardless of how you feel about any of the artists mentioned in the interview.

1. Jaheim can sing. Dare I say argueably stronger than the other two?

2. Inspite of his talent, he has not sold as well as Ciara or Rhianna.

3. Both Ciara and Rhianna sell plenty of records.

4. Neither Ciara nor Rhianna have what you might refer to as a real singer’s voice. I’m not hating, merely stating fact. I’ve seen them both sing live and while everybody can have an “off” day, I was actually embarrased for them.

I don’t know who was on their knees or not but it does make you wonder what is happening with music in general. Oh and please believe that sales don’t always equate to the measure of talent a person has. Think about it, Vanilla Ice sold 8 million copies of his album. He is still eating off that Ice Ice Baby money. Illmatic took 10 years to go PLATINUM. SMH

Oh the fight in miami was real cute…Monique was there(she was driving buy and stopped with her crew to listen…it was a SHOWSTOPPER!!! It happened “OUT” on the streets, he was throwing jewelry at his boyfriend and was calling him out and at some point i think he even said something to the effect of i loved you and you flirting with a bartender…or some bs..i wont lie i was under some influences and it was years ago but it was a group of us and we were all laughing our asses off since i had some gay friends with me and they even said that was super GAY…who throws jewelry…you keep the jewelry…am i right?!
