She just had a second baby, so lay off the weight thing. Geesh, she said she gained 50 pounds. The sad part about it is, I bet it is women making the weight comments, sad indeed.

Anyway, since when is she a “Blast from the Past” when she just had a successful, independently released album last year–Best Album of the Year, I might add.

She was very pretty and now she’s average. Not trying to hate but it is what it is. Just show one minute you can be beautiful and the next min., it can be gone. That’s why people need to focus more on people’s content of character.

Seriously, Blast from the Past?? In NOLA, her song “Me” plays on the main hip-hop/r&b/rap radio station at least every other hour.

i love her! she has an amazing voice. her cd got little airplay but Between Friends should have been nominated for a grammy…beautiful music for the grown folks.

Tamia is truly beautiful. She is a rare talent who had not made it in th emainstream like she should because she does don’t shake and show all of her doodies. Who cares she is married to a NBA player. She can really sing. All of her songs have a positive message. The CD is grreat. She is truly a CLASS act. And yes she does have MS, but she still is beautiful.

Got THAT right, but she is too classy. She and Mariah are my favs. She looks great for having just popped out a new one about 2-3 months ago.

She’s till gorgeous….she just had a baby, people! And ‘average’? Give me a break! This woman is well beyond average any day of the week!

As others have said, Tamia is one of the most undervalued entertainers of R&B. She is a natural talent, a natural beauty, and has a genuine soul. All her albums are the bangin (I have all 4 of them) and I wish she got the industry’s respect that she deserves. But it’s nice to hear she has our support and love – ALWAYS!

I used to be a huge Tamia fan. I bought all of her albums, soundtracks, magazines. I met her twice and each time she was so arrogant and rude. Everyone is prone to a bad day but afer the second time, I promised to never support her again. She re-released her album Between Friends and I didn’t buy it because of this last encounter. It’s a shame someone so talented and pretty has to be so nasty to her fans. It explains why she’s flown under the radar for the past decade.
