They really need to re-think that Cuba Gooding, Jr. playing Marlie Marl. He truly is too corney. He totally messed up the movies Fighting Temptations and Shadowboxer. He just is no longer ethnic enough. Give it to Wayne Brady instead-did yall see Crossover?

I’m not a fan of this remake they should just stop doing remakes all together and films start becoming original with their plots..i love hip-hop but damn they really need to stop..on that note I love Idris he is my kinda guy..just gorgeous
