Jennifer Hudson Ready for More Sex…(& the City)

Jennifer Hudson is ready to get it on and poppin’ with the sequel to Sex & the City:
Oscar-winner JENNIFER HUDSON is desperate to reprise her role as CARRIE BRADSHAW’s assistant in the eagerly anticipated SEX & THE CITY sequel.
Hudson starred as Louise from St. Louis in the first big screen adaptation of the TV series, which saw her character eventually leave New York to return to her Missouri hometown.
The movie was a box office hit, with writer/director Michael Patrick King confirming earlier this year (Feb09) that a follow-up is on its way – and Hudson hopes her character will make another appearance.
She tells Access Hollywood, “I would love (to play her again). I told Michael Patrick King that Louise has moved back to New York from St. Louis, so… I’ll be ready if that opportunity comes.”
Ladies, who’s keeping their fingers crossed for the writer/director to script a part for your girl in this movie? We would ask which ladies are checking for this movie, but that would just be a rhetorical question, now wouldn’t it?

I never got on the ‘Sex And The City’ bandwagon. I think watching a bunch of fine ***** women talking as crude as they do is a turn off. (I like LADIES.) Plus all that superficial ***** with Prada, Jimmy Choos, Manolo Blahniks – what? *****es, there are babies starving all over the globe, you plunking down $500 plus dollars for a pair of shoes??? Not my kind of programming.

We need our OWN SEX and the City. Not mad at Jennifer. But I don’t watch Friends or Sex in the City, because it’s not representative of an actual ‘city’, where there are indeed people of color.
