Even though the Chrihanna saga is one of great magnitude, Chris Brown and Rihanna fans ain’t really studying all that abuse ‘ish. They just want their music:

Fans of chart-topping and embattled stars Chris Brown and Rihanna say their ongoing legal woes should have no effect on their songs being played at radio.

In a survey conducted at Singersroom, urban pop fans weighed in suggesting that Brown and Rihanna’s singles including “Take You Down,” “Rehab,” “Forever,” and “Disturbia” regardless of their troubles, especially Brown who endured a several week boycott at stations nationwide.

As previously reported, program directors and dj’s in Florida, Las Vegas, Lancaster, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and even Rhode Island had yanked or were contemplating pulling Chris Brown’s music from their stations in February.

South Florida station B103.9 says their listeners weighed in: “We asked listeners what they thought” and overwhelmingly listeners, like those in Cleveland, said “They want Chris brown off the radio”.

According to 69% of fans surveyed a month later, DJs should play both Chris Brown and Rihanna songs. In addition 68% of fans said they will not boycott Chris Brown and 66% Rihanna.

“Even though the actions of Chris Brown and Rihanna may conflict with fans moral point of view, it meagerly changed the influence on their buying decisions,” said Adeniyi Omisore, Editor-in-Chief of Singersroom.com.

The survey was conducted over seven days by MusicLife Entertainment Group, parent company of Singersroom.com, 81% of the respondents were female with 19% male. 78% of respondents were between the ages of 13-35.

The people have spoken, and it can’t get any more plain to see that the public is very forgiving and celebs aren’t held to the same standards as everyone else. As is life.
