Trailer trash at it’s finest. Britney Spears’ 16-year old sister Jamie Lynn just announced to OK! magazine that she is pregnant and keeping it. The star of Nickelodeon’s “Zoe 101” plans to continue taping until her water breaks.

What’s up with the “little sister needs attention so I’ll get knocked up and steal some shine” routine? First Solange, now Jamie.

By the looks of that recent pic of Ashanti’s little sister, she’s not that far behind.

Are Nickelodeon actually gonna let her film up until then, isn’t her character s’posed to be like 14 or something?

  • AND...

Damn i forgot about Solange getting knocked up young too. How old was she? It seems to be a trend…

    The youth of today…

Man I have been hearing about this since late yesterday & am totally DEVASTATED by this news!! I was really hoping that Jamie Lynn (who seemed like a really good KID–YES she is really just a 16 year old kid–& had a good head on her shoulders) would buck the family trend & stay on a straight path. You know, PROTECTED sex, no drugs, no trainwreck or the Spears psychosis….. DAYUM!!!

  • FyreStarrter

justmoi, nah her character is a junior in H.S. This year so she is actually playing her age unlike most young actresses or actors in hollywood lol. SAD SAD SAD!!!

  • Mississippi Girl

Surely they are not going to continue to let her stay on the show pregnant!! I mean come on……… That is Nicklodeon! That channel is for kids!! My 3 yr old daughter watches that channel all day!! Surely, that cant be true!~!!~

  • Soul Cry

I heard her mother had a parenting book coming in spring and it’s now been put on hold ‘indefinitely’. lol

    @ FyreStarrter

    Oh okay, thanks for that.

Ridiculous. No one has any morals anymore and personal responsibility is like a joke today.

White America doesn’t care about black teenage girls being baby mamas because they don’t expect better from them, but they’ll be upset that a white public figure is doing it. She was supposed to be the good sister too.

While blacks just sit back and accept it as part of the culture, there will be a white backlash against her show on Nickelodeon. It’s already started. They are getting a lot of calls and e-mails and I’ll assume the advertisers are as well.

    ITS JAMIE LYNN BYTCHESS!!

  • FyreStarrter

Mississippi Girl, Nickelodeon issued the following Statement: “We respect Jamie Lynn’s decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn’s well being,” the network, which carries her series Zoey 101, said in a press release.

She says she is going to continue working, BUT this statement from Nickelodeon Clearly does NOT support that claim!!!

…they just look so greasy in that picture…I can practically smell them through my pc…

Always felt that Brit was trash. Trash with money.

  • lainy

When I heard this breaking news I was shocked but not surprised. There is something definatel wrong with the family structure here where not one but both sisters feel they need to have soemthing or be loved by someone. Jamie is not as large as Britt and I sure hope she doesn’t end up on the same path.

  • Oh F@ck That!!!

Damn i forgot about Solange getting knocked up young too. How old was she? It seems to be a trend…

^^^^^^^^If you believe Solange is only 21 and Beyonce is only 26 then Solange got knocked up at 16 and had him at 17 just like this chick.

This news came out last summer. Old news……

  • FyreStarrter

Jamie Lynn, Vanessa Hudgens…WTF is mentoring these gyrls???? Is no one paying attention to their needs & their well being?? Or are they just their family’s MEAL TICKETS & their well being is not important or relevant??

  • Strong Black Man

I wish K-Fed was the dad. Man it would be the best

They are beating out Bill Clinton in the honorary black folks game. They are straight up ghetto!

  • Almighty Mouth

    LMAO

Lynne Spears (their Mother) has the nerve to be writing a book on rearing Brit and Jamie Lynne. She needs to write about what she knows… back woods Louisiana White Trash rearing daughters to become Hollywood White Trash.

Oh, and how the hell do you let your 16 year old have a live-in 19 year old boyfriend… guess my parents would have been in jail; fore, both me and the boyfriend would have gotten a serious beatdown (mama and daddy don’t play that shiiit)!

  • Al-Anon

Just what every child needs…..a 16-year-old mother!!!

  • FyreStarrter

@Almighty Mouth lol You are right (even though I had a 19 year old boyfriend at 16) I surely knew how far I could go AND NOT go with him!!! A parenting book??? from Lynne Spears?? It should be entitled “How NOT to f*ck up your kids”!!!

  • nahnah

If they’re “trash”, then what does that make the millions of young black teens getting pregnant in their teens? Using that term to describe them is simply confirming that we, black people, are trash by default.

Anyway, all of those teen stars are having sex, it’s just that some don’t get pregnant and many of those who get pregnant have abortions. Hollywood is a sad place to be, despite the fake smiles and millions of dollars. A lot of miserable people exist in Hollywood.

  • Al-Anon

Many people forget that most of the country is not as liberal as Hollyweird. Most people still frown on unwedded births and baby mommas and baby daddies.

  • OneStep

Are condoms and the pill that hard to come by? Damn!

  • Angel_Minded

    @ Angie

I completely cosign w/ everything that you said. In fact I was just having a conversation w/ my mom about my generation’s lack of morals and values. What happened to shame and embaressment? What happened to the days when people held values of virtues and chastity? Smh
