I disagree totally. Day 26 last album was fire but did not get the air play that they deserved. People think that they are some popcorn music group that has no talent because they have a TV show. These Boys can sing wayyyyyyyy better than Jagged edge. Brandon and Brian can sing but they are not a match vocally to day26. All of them can sing lead vocals with flawless effort. Each member in Day26 has a unique sound. It is sad that One member is causing disharmony and discord in the group.

Q can sing and dance but he is a problem and a threat. He should be fired and replaced by someone who is able to behave in a professional manner.

I’m a fan of of MTB and I also think that something is seriously wrong with Q. One I think that they should delegate duties to each member so that each one of them feels like a contributing member.

I think that when Q comes in on sessions he always sees Brian and Will conducting thing and calling shots for the group, (key word: GROUP). If anyone notices looks like everytime Q walks in and sees this or something takes place where this seems to happen, Q gets mad and just explodes!

No one has time to baby him, but I do think that unless someone has told these two that it is up to them what is going to be put on the album, then they should let Q know.

I also think that although Dawn has experienced some issues with her group, she feels she can offer advice to him, but at this point she is miserable that her group can’t come to grips with whatever took place with them and therefore offering Q some not so good advice as to how to deal with his group.

With all that being said, I think Q needs some help and some time off because he is either going to lose his job or his mind or maybe both.

He’s young and is easily influenced, Dawn is causing the rift amongst him and his group members. She tells him to go to dance classes and fight for his place in the group, but look where it got her, she has no group, no recording sesssions therefore she has time to b.s. in other activities. Groups are really a thing of the past. Diddy did a really poor job of putting this group together in the first place. What happened to the days when no one cared how a grouped looked… Jodeci, Exscape, SWV etc….(singing) was the only thing that was important. Sometimes he is to superficial and passed up really good talent(making people loose weight and other b.s.) whatever happened to the first MTB group?????? He is just made for t.v. and using people up in the long run.
