Petition Started To Comb Blue Ivy’s Hair

As if there hasn’t been enough slander thrown at 2-year-old Carter cutie Blue Ivy and her parents over the appearance of her untamed mane in recent photos, an official petition has now been launched calling for ‘Yonce and daddy Hov to comb Blue’s hair.

Outspoken reality TV women aren’t the only ones to express their opinions about Blue’s hair. One upset spectator even started a petition on Change.org, urging the celebrity parents to groom their baby girl.

So, far 10 people have signed the petition launched by Jasmine Toliver of New York.

“As a woman who understands the importance of hair care. It’s disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture. The parents of Blue Ivy. Sean Carter AKA Jay-Z and Beyonce has failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy Hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls. Please let’s get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy hair,” reads the petition.

SMH. Unfortunately, topic of Blue Ivy’s hair is one that pops up way more often than is even minimally necessary and now reality stars Keke Wyatt, Tamar Braxton and Syleena Johnson are joining in on the foolery. Peep page 2 to see their shady comments when asked about Blue’s bush.

R&B songstresses and reality stars Syleena Johnson and Keke Wyatt recently did an interview where they were asked to comment on the Blue Ivy’s untamed mane. Needless to say, they didn’t hold back.

KeKe Wyatt and Tamar Braxton know a thing or two about raising kids and the reality TV moms shared their thoughts on one of today’s most controversial baby manes.

As guests on Ryan Cameron’s morning radio show, the ladies were asked about a recently released picture of the famous Carter family. In it, Blue Ivy’s tresses are less than tamed.

While people have come to Blue’s defense in the past, at 2 years old, many questioned why the baby’s hair wasn’t a bit more controlled.

“She’s giving me ODB,” Syleena Johnson said, referencing former Wu Tang Clan member Ol’ Dirty Bastard.

KeKe and Tamar agreed that Blue’s hair could benefit from some TLC in the form of conditioning and styling.

“Ain’t nothing wrong with being natural. I got natural, but you still got to grease natural and comb natural and wash and condition and then you won’t have the beadiage,” said KeKe who admits she sometimes combs her children’s hair against their will.

Tamar also added her two cents in during the interview, but made sure to emphasize that she “wasn’t throwing shade.” Riiiiigght.

Tamar suggested Beyoncé and Jay-Z find hair products that would enhance her natural ‘do.

“It just needs some product. That’s it. No shade,” said Tamar. “I have a nephew who has really, really curly hair like this. It ain’t that bad.”

All this “concern” over what one set of high profile parents choose to do or not do with THEIR child’s hair seems silly to us, but let’s take a trip down memory lane to check out some of Blue’s wildest hair days and see what all the fuss is about.

Then, let us know…..do you agree with Tamar, Syleena and KeKe’s comments?
