Beyonce Makes ‘Mr. Blackwell’s’ Best Dressed List

Beyonce was named to the ‘Fabulous Fashion Independents for 2006′. Mariah Carey who made the ‘worse of 2006′ got the comment “All crass, no class” from “Mr. Blackwell”. That sounds about right. As for the “weaved one”, she has stepped her game up since she gave her stylist mother her walking papers. Britney Spears and skank Paris Hilton joined Mariah on the worse dressed list.
