Don’t plead guilty Chris. They should drop the criminal threats charge, how they going to prove that, there are no witnesses and no evidence other than her word. I doubt she thought he was really going to kill her anyway.

Plead not guilty to the *****ult charge and let them work the deal while they wait for the trial that most likely will never happen.

I am not sure if he should plead guilty to the felony charges if he explains in detail what happened. I don’t blame him for not wanting to be on the Cali 3 strikes. I though felons couldn’t get a p*****port, but Wesley Snipes proved me wrong about that.

I would have a whole hellava lot of respect for him if he did plead guilty. It would show that he is serious about keeping clean since he woul donly have 2 strikes left as well as trying to keep teh woman he loves image squeaky clean. BUt she needs to come clean also

If it were not so, you would have heard because people behind the scenes always talk so you would have heard about his attitude or his antics, its not easy to be acting 24/7. At the end of the day if this goes to trial they have no case. They are probably going to downgrade the felony charges to misdemeanors an then he would plea bargain. A trial would put Ri out their and show how corrupt the DA and the LAPD are.
CB and Ri want this over quickly so thats really not gonna happen. either he gets no jail time or theres gonna be a trial.

Umm, how do you even know if she started or not? Were you in the car? Didn’t think so. All we saw was the aftermath which showed that Rihanna was clearly beaten up badly. I find it hard to believe that there were NO burises/scars/scratches on him since she “hit him first.”

I think it’s disgusting that women especially are defending this man. So if you got in an argument with Chris Brown and he beat you up, you’d be okay with it? That’s dumb as hell. For many of us, our answer might be: in a relationship that means a lot to us, hanging with our friends or family members, our jobs, our careers, but how many of us would say having a meaningful relationship with God and doing what He requires of us? Very few. Very, very few.

When was the last time you felt extremely exhausted? Tired? Just worn out? This morning? Last night? A week ago? Plenty of us are existing in this life but it’s been so long since we’ve felt alive. It’s been so long since we prayed or even talked to God. It’s been so, so long since we’ve just had that one on one relationship with Him. It’s been so long since we really just spent quality time with Him and have gotten to really know Him.

Now anybody that really understands the value of a relationship knows that if you don’t spend enough time with your significant other long enough, the value or the core of the relationship will die. This is what’s happening to us: the saints.

Many of us are self-destructing. We are hurting ourselves by placing all of our importance, all of our emphasis, all of our time into something that will eventually fade away. Don’t get me wrong, I do believe as I always mention, that God gave us the ability to be able to enjoy people and for them to be able to enjoy us but placing all of our trust in PEOPLE is dangerous. It leads to an emptiness that cannot be filled because regardless of how much people love you, they are going to let you down. People are going to be people!!!! And at the end of the day, your feelings are hurt, you’re broken,, you’re mind is confused because you’ve placed your trust in an unrelaible source.

LET’S get back to the basics people in starting this new year off!!! If you want to have a meaningful life, if you want that peace back that you once had, you’ve got to get your relationship back with God. Remember when you used to wake up praying to Him? Do you remember when He was number one in your life? Do you remember when nothing or no one else even came close to His place? You’ve been hurting, you’ve been empty, you’ve been going around and around in cirlces trying to find peace of mind and you’re self-destructing. You’re killing yourself!!!!

How do you recover? Go back to what once worked!!! Have you forgotten Him?
Talk to Him tonight and tell Him you want it back…He’s waiting for you.

My cousin was in the damn room when they interviewed neyo. When the interview was over she pressed him about the nature of their fights. He said he saw Ri slap Chris a couple of times and he walked away mad. He didn’t want that put out their so they didn’t include it. They kept the original comment of pulling each others hair.
I thought just like you CB must have said something mean and she slapped him. Then I started hearing stories from my peoples in barbados about her slapping the ***** out of him down there. I come to find out this girl was slapping on Chris in front of the whole beach he walked away that time as well. Now I didn’t want to believe this at first but Barbados is a small island and they have no reason to make up lies about this.

Yes, you are right, he is the defendant in this case and I do realize that. However, I feel that the entire story has not been told yet…I mean we have yet to hear Chris Brown’s side of what happened that night. If he pleads “not guilty” to these charges then I think that speaks mountains. Now I do NOT condone the beating that Rihanna took BUT I feel that if she was the instigator, she should face some charges as well. If this situation had happened in Florida, they would have both been charged no matter who instigated the altercation.

Okay like I explained in my original post the interview as over. My cousin asked him the question personally. Neyo is a nice guy so he didn’t shut her down he told the truth. He said don’t iclude it in the article so they didn’t.
The blogs found out later anyway and thats where all these stories of her being abusive and controlling of Chris come from.

For one, the LAPD will have to answer the question about the leaks. If this goes to trial, the major evidence can be thrown out based on tainted evidence. On the other hand, it doesn’t matter that Rihanna doesn’t want to testify, or if one picture got leaked, there are other photographs of Rihanna that no one has seen that show the injuries into progression when they were at their worst. The District Attorney will have to make sure they can convince Chris that they have a solid case against him in order for him to want a plea deal, or he can fight this at a preliminary hearing and the charges dismissed before it ever sees a trial. If I was Chris Brown’s PR person, I would tellh imt o plead guilty, take anger management, and get a diversion and in a year have it wiped off his record. His career has already suffered for this, and he needs to get that back on track as quickly as possible, and court can prolong that and further damage his career.

I sure did!! I didn’t even mean to do it, it’s just that I could not STAND the girl that I was debating with and she really ticked me off. That’s why I got the extra credit because of it…she said “I could tell that you were THINKING in French!” Yeah my professor was one of the best that I have EVER had….shoot she taught us most of the curse words that we learned! LOL She was really young, so that may have been part of the reason.

Pretty stunning … Rihanna’s lawyer just spoke to reporters, as if he is somehow speaking on behalf of the man who allegedly beat his client — aka, Chris Brown.

Donald Etra just said Rihanna would be pleased “if it [the case] were over quickly– as in plea bargain. Etra was asked what kind of deal would she want — he said she recognized it wasn’t up to her.

As we first reported, Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, and the prosecutor are in the throws of plea bargain negotiations and one source says a deal is “close.” Rihanna has made it clear — she does not want to go to court, although Etra says she will cooperate if ordered to do so.

I work for in the offices and we see and hear a lot of stuff and we also heard Rhi is pregnant and people behind the scenes in all networks can tell you the truth about these peoples attitudes and character, Rhihanna is not nice, s*****bish and rude a lot of t he times primadonna, Chris Brown is very nice for real, everybody loves Fantasia they all sy the same she is so cool, Jennifer Hudson hollywood and we have been buzzing about her pregnancy, Bey, her folks and even her way over the top.
in fact before guests come we are told what and what not to do in approching them the only ones who are pretty cool that I have met are Fantasia and Jennifer and Ciara makes me sick.
Just thought i would mention some names, and some of the stuff about Chris is just some trumped up stuff, Rhi has slapped the hell out of him more than once and she is a yelling somebody when having her tantrums, and he trys to calm her *****sss down but she just goes carribean on him and anyone else in her reach.
She likes to party but when things are not going her way LOOK OUT!!!!

For the most part, you are dead on the money about the attitudes of some of the people you named. Fantasia is one of the most down to earth entertainers I’ve seen in a while. I remember her being at a restaurant the same time I was. (Stephanies’s). She was supposed to be in a parade here locally. I rememebr her asking if Mykel could be on her float!!

As far as Jennifer–I’ve only been in the company of her and not had actual conversation but I HAVE heard that she’s left some with unpleasant thoughts about her attitude.

I guess until I see it for myself and even then, I’ll draw my own conclusions.

Well the saga continues…Lawd Jesus can this all be over. I def. agree Chris and Rhi are still in contact with each other as well.
