i TRIP offof our folks inability to have a damn bowel movement at LEAST once a day…let alone 3-4 times a day!!! THAT IS CRAZYYYYYY. then again, since we are babies out of slavery..no one taught them this…we r a backed up ppl. and the sistahs at the market…*smh*… i look in their baskets..MAYBE they will have some frozen fried fish sticks (ugh…)…but no fresh fish…no fresh veggies…no fresh fruit for fresh juice and then they wonder why they have no fresh ideas or motivation…*smh* and, NUBIAN…how difficult is it to drink water??!! i mean…r ppl are addicted to sugar water…every drink…their is sugar in it. or, they puttiin that damn propylene glycol on their skin or some of those other funky chemicals/preservatives…i know we can go on an on…tis truly deplorable!

i am an athlete..have been one my whole life…but everything was natural…i got into “health” for my children’s sake…but i was not raised healthy…i am the great-grandaughter of slaves…skrate slave diet up until about 15 years ago…was a vegetarian for about 12 years..went back to meats (no pork) after the birth of my second child. i am now only eating chicken and fish…i c the direct correlation between what we consume and the way the mind function due to what we put inside…I DO NOT EAT ROBOT FOODs…stuff w/chemicals, processed… and/or my ancestors foods…oh! i do study and worship my ancestors…VERY therapeutic and insightful…i also have—on my mother’s side—a connection to jamaica and barbados…my ancestors were the slaves these british rice farmers who got chased out of barbados…chased out of jamaica b4 settling in the carolinas and eventually migrating to miss where a son killed the entire family, allowing the slaves to go escape and live in the woods a relative few years before slavery was actually over. they are maroons 4 real. !!! Queen Afua..i’m on it tomorrow..watch. (Rigt now.. i am reading “Black Afrikan Hair and The insanity of the Black Blonde Psych by Rych MCain” this guy is KILLING ME!!!
