Drug Dealer Hides Heroin In His Baby’s Diaper
A Delaware man is in police custody after authorities say he stuffed drugs in the diaper of his 8-month-old.
Pop of the year? Probably not.
A deadbeat Delaware dad has been busted hiding heroin inside his little baby’s diaper, police said.
Michael Penn allegedly tried to disguise the dope after being questioned for shoplifting.
Cops claim they stopped the 25-year-old, as he was carrying his 8-month-old son and with his 5-year-old daughter, in New Castle on Tuesday.
As he put the boy down, however, he allegedly slid something into the infant’s pants.
Penn was arrested and, when cops searched the tot’s clothes, they reportedly discovered 16 baggies of the drug.
They were marked out with names such as “Death” and “Bioshock.”
Penn, who was initially being questioned over an incident in June when he allegedly stole items from a Verizon store, now faces an additional slew of charges.
These include endangering the welfare of a child and heroin possession, according CBS Philadelphia.
He was released on $4,500 unsecured bond pending a court hearing.
