Someone listened during their Stranger Danger safety classes, and it’s 7-year-old Brittney Baxter who fought off a would-be kidnapper in a Bremen, Georgia, Walmart.

Luckily, authorities were able to track down Woods when surveillance cameras outside the Walmart caught him getting into his car and he was arrested an hour later about 10 miles away. Not only is that perv a punk for trying to kidnap the little girl but a BIGGER punk for getting his a$$ beat by her!

We didn’t think it was possible — but Ne-Yo’s baby mama just broke the African-child-adopting records set by Madonna AND Angelina Jolie … combined … agreeing to adopt 48 children in Swaziland.

Full disclosure — Monyetta Shaw’s not actually taking 48 children back to the United States with her … but she did agree to pay for their living costs for an entire year … a nearly $20,000 commitment.

Sources tell TMZ, “Football Wives” star Chanita Foster (below) — who founded a charity called Beyond the Game to provide children in Swaziland with food, clothes, and education — got in touch with Monyetta about sponsoring a child or two … and Monyetta agreed.

But we’re told, once Monyetta saw the 48 young faces in the charity’s brochure — she fell in love … and insisted on adopting all of them.

Each kid costs roughly $30 a month — and Monyetta adopted 48 for an entire year … which means she’s in for $17,280. Not bad.

Well it’s good to know that Monyetta (and Ne-Yo ’cause let’s be honest, she’s spending HIS money) are doing something positive to make up for the fawkery that we witnessed at Magic City

Rapper 50 Cent is teaming up with the World Food Program to see firsthand the effects of hunger in Somalia and Kenya. The rap star flew to Dolo, Somalia on Wednesday. Tens of thousands of women and children have fled there over the last year to flee a devastating famine that killed tens of thousands of people across Somalia. WFP said the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, has committed to provide 1 billion meals for the hungry, and is donating to WFP 10 cents from every sale of a new energy drink called Street King that he is promoting.

The U.N. last week declared an end to Somalia’s six-month famine, though it said tens of thousands of people still need food aid to survive. The British government estimates that between 50,000 and 100,000 people died from the famine’s effects.

The stars had lunch together Friday in Calabasas with [Pastor Brad] Johnson before going to a service together on Sunday at his church, the Life Change Community Church in Agoura Hills.

The country singer – who had an extramarital affair with Eddie while she was still married to dancer Dean Sheremet and he to reality star Brandi Glanville – also met Kim for lunch last week along with the church’s Pastor Brad Johnson and America’s Got Talent judge Howie Mandel.

The women have been tweeting about each other since their meeting, with LeAnn posting “So nice when your circle of supportive girl friends grows!” over the weekend.

Seventh Coast Guard District chief of staff, Capt. Richard Kenin presented the coveted Silver Lifesaving Medal award to Petty Officer 3rd Class John Rivera for the rescue of R&B artist Sean Kingston after his accident on a personal water craft on Memorial Day weekend, 2011. Rivera was off duty and on his personal boat near Miami Beach’s Star Island bridge and saw Kingston go under water after he struck a bridge on his personal watercraft. Rivera immediately jumped in and kept him afloat until additional help arrived. He was honored by colleagues during a ceremony at Coast Guard Air Station Miami.

Hopefully Sean looked out for him in another “special” way… *rubs palms together*

Score one for the constitution.

We just received the 9th Circuit’s opinion in Perry v. Brown that Proposition 8, the 2008 voter-enacted ban on marriage equality in California, is unconstitutional. In addition, the appeals panel ruled that the proponents of Prop 8 did have standing to pursue their appeal of Judge Walker’s decision striking down the marriage ban, and upheld District Court Judge Ware’s decision denying a stay to throw out Walker’s ruling because he is gay. The ruling on constitutionality was divided on an 2-1 vote, with Judges Stephen Reinhardt and Michael Hawkins voting to strike Prop 8 down, and Judge N. Randy Smith voting to uphold the ban. The ruling regarding standing and the motion to throw out Judge Walker’s decision was a unanimous 3-0 vote.

In his Aug. 4, 2010, decision, which the 9th Circuit upheld today, District Court Judge Vaughn Walker struck down Prop 8 as unconstitutional under both the Due Process and Equal Protection clauses of the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment. In his opinion, Judge Walker presented 80 findings of fact regarding same-sex marriage, which included discussions about the immutability of sexual orientation, the ability of same-sex couples to be good parents, and the inequality of providing LGBT couples with civil unions as opposed to full marriages. These findings of fact are highly significant, because while appellate courts can overturn a lower court’s decision based on its findings of law, they usually defer to those courts’ findings of fact. Today’s ruling affirms Judge Walker’s findings of fact, meaning that they can but used in the future in other trial cases in the 9th Circuit that deal with LGBT rights.

Well, we’re happy to see some equal rights being given out in this mofo. We’re sure there is going to be a really nice, big celebration coming soon. Ding dong, Prop 8 is dead forever.

Terrell Owens, who recently spilled his guts to GQ magazine about how sucky his life is, has finally gotten a little break…

Terrell Owens just scored the biggest deal of his career since he signed with the 49ers — successfully lowering his exorbitantly expensive monthly child support payments to FOUR different baby mamas. Sources close to T.O. tell TMZ, the former NFL star was able to convince the judges in each of his child support cases to “drastically decrease the amount he was paying.”

T.O. had originally been ordered to pay between $5,000 and $20,000 per child per month — and with no new football contract, he was seriously struggling to make ends meet. But now, we’re told the new payment plans — the details of which are sealed — are way more affordable … and “accurately reflect the amount of money [Terrell] is making.”

It gets even better — we’re told T.O. was also able to establish visitation in some cases, something he had never asked for before. Sources tell us, Terrell “is in a good place and this was the best way to start off the new year.”

The site has been spinning bogus stories about other celebs they claim are dead but are not — including Jon Bon Jovi, Charlie Sheen, Adam Sandler, TooShort, Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Bacon, Luke Perry, Jack Black, Will Smith, Jaden Smith, Tom Green, Mac Miller, Tiger Woods, George Clooney, and others.

This is just crazy. Who has time to sit around making up lies about people dying? And Eddie Murphy’s death is no joke. We’d be devastated. Glad to know he’s still with the living.

Sean “Diddy” Combs celebrated at Philippe on Wednesday after his eldest son, Justin, signed a letter of intent to play football at UCLA. Earlier, Diddy attended a ceremony at Justin’s high school, Iona Prep, on National Signing Day, along with Justin’s mother, Misa Hylton-Brim. The future Bruin tweeted a photo of the family from the event, and then arrived at Philippe with his dad and Spike Lee to celebrate with guests in a private room. Sources say the adults drank Ciroc while the kids toasted with ginger ale.
