According to TMZ reports:

We didn’t think it was possible — but Ne-Yo’s baby mama just broke the African-child-adopting records set by Madonna AND Angelina Jolie … combined … agreeing to adopt 48 children in Swaziland.

Full disclosure — Monyetta Shaw’s not actually taking 48 children back to the United States with her … but she did agree to pay for their living costs for an entire year … a nearly $20,000 commitment.

Sources tell TMZ, “Football Wives” star Chanita Foster (below) — who founded a charity called Beyond the Game to provide children in Swaziland with food, clothes, and education — got in touch with Monyetta about sponsoring a child or two … and Monyetta agreed.

But we’re told, once Monyetta saw the 48 young faces in the charity’s brochure — she fell in love … and insisted on adopting all of them.

Each kid costs roughly $30 a month — and Monyetta adopted 48 for an entire year … which means she’s in for $17,280. Not bad.

Well it’s good to know that Monyetta (and Ne-Yo ’cause let’s be honest, she’s spending HIS money) are doing something positive to make up for the fawkery that we witnessed at Magic City

The two people charged with the 2009 death of 5-year-old Shaniya Davis both entered not guilty pleas in Superior Court this morning.

Mario Andrette McNeill and Antoinette Davis, Shaniya’s mother, both pleaded not guilty in separate appearances in court.

Both are charged with first-degree murder, rape of a child and other charges.

Both McNeill and Davis are due back in Superior Court in April to set a trial date.

Prosecutors allege that Davis sold her daughter as a prostitute to pay off a drug debt to McNeill on the morning of Nov. 10, 2009. McNeill took the girl from the family’s home in the Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park off Murchison Road at 5:47 a.m. and checked into a Comfort Suites hotel in Sanford at 6:11 a.m., West said.

At 7:33 a.m., McNeill got a tip that someone knew he had taken Shaniya and he left the hotel, West said. The child’s body was found off Walker Road near the Carolina Trace community in Harnett County on Nov. 16, 2009.

SMH… They got the dude on tape with the baby and hasn’t the mother already admitted to handing her over??? How are they planning to pull off this not guilty business?

These two are some of the lowest life forms to ever walk the earth. They’ve both already bought their one way tickets on that express train… to Hell!

An insider tells us the booty-licious mama skipped Hova’s historic show because their infant daughter, Blue Ivy Carter , wasn’t feeling well. The baby must have made a quick recovery because Beyoncé kicked back at the after-party until about 4 a.m. Shortly after the booty-licious mama arrived at her husband’s 40/40 Club for post-concert festivities Monday night, we asked her if she’d gone to the show.

“Yes,” she told us, calling her spouse’s concert “amazing.”

“She arrived with her mother, Tina Knowles ,” and her mother-in-law, Gloria Carter. After “sprinting through a side entrance” shortly before midnight, Beyoncé toured the club for the first time since its renovation,” the e-mail read. Looking resplendent in a hip-hugging, cleavage-showcasing red dress and embroidered Christian Louboutin shoes, the platinum-selling performer stayed until the bitter end with Hova, rapper Nas , marketing guru Steve Stoute and a few other pals.

The group held court in a cordoned-off VIP area in the middle of the 40/40, and enjoyed flutes of Ace of Spades Champagne and executive chef Mike Shand ’s signature dishes. Later in the evening, Jay-Z and Nas tossed back shots. Beyoncé mostly stuck to water, but around 3 a.m. we observed her sipping what appeared to be a glass of bubbly.

Although Jay and his wife socialized separately, they did share a hug when Beyoncé arrived in the VIP area. At another point in the evening, Jay-Z reached for his wife’s hand to check on her, sweetly kissing it after she assured him everything was fine.

Security was tight around the power couple and and partygoers were strongly discouraged from snapping pics of Beyoncé. Former rivals Jay-Z and Nas — who had a very public rap feud that ended in 2005 — looked like best buds at the party. On multiple occasions Jay-Z made Nas, who was a guest performer at Carnegie Hall, laugh so hard the Queens product was almost crying.

While the party crowd was less star-studded than the club’s grand reopening three weeks ago, it was definitely highbrow. Many in attendance wore formal attire and the club enforced a dress code at the door.

A source tells us Beyonce was at Carnegie Hall on Tuesday night where she “never stopped dancing” to Jay-Z’s performance and “cried when he sang ‘Glory,’ ” his tribute to Blue Ivy.

Awwww, how precious.

Is this child abuse, or does pushing your kid to extremes help make them stronger? This guy had his kid out in the snow wearing only underwear and sneakers!!! WTF???

A Chinese dad on a visit to New York made his 4-year-old son run and do push-ups in the snow to develop a “masculine temperament” — while the boy was dressed only in gym shoes and a pair of yellow underpants.

The dad, He Liesheng, insisted he was simply trying to get his son to develop a “masculine temperment.”

He claims his brand of tough love has helped his son, Ho Yide, overcome developmental difficulties after he was born with water on the brain.

But reaction to He’s video, which went viral on the web after the dopey dad shared it with friends, has been harsh in his native China.

And it has ignited a fresh debate over China’s tough parenting style, which is described in the controversial Amy Chua book, “Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother.”

In interviews with media in his hometown of Nanjing, He said he was in the city for Chinese New Year, which fell on Jan. 23.

There was two inches of snow on the ground in Central Park that morning and the low temperature was a crisp 34 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

It is not clear from the video where exactly in the city it was made, but New York license plates are visible on the cars.

Little Ho is seen whimpering and shivering in the footage and a man’s voice can be heard exhorting him to run and exercise.

“He agreed to go out to run in the snow naked or else it wouldn’t be possible for me to take his clothes off,” said He, who runs a bed linen company. “He wasn’t very happy when he felt the cold.”

He has been dubbed “Eagle Dad” by his countrymen, because those birds have been known to push their offspring out of the nest to get them to fly.

The dad said he’s also taught his son Kung Fu, dancing, cycling and mountain climbing — and has thrown the boy into freezing water to toughen him up.

“I also give him cold ice cream on cold winter days to train his stomach to get used to the cold,” he said. “He rarely has a cold or fever.”

Man, talk about tough. Seems like his father has good intentions, but we kinda prefer the nurture method over this eagle business. Watch the video of poor little Ho Yide running around in his drawls in the snow below:

“Yaaaaay we’re moving far away from crazy daddy!!!”

According to TMZ reports:

Halle Berry is asking the judge in her custody war for permission to move to France with Nahla — and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is saying … over my dead body.

TMZ has learned Halle filed papers with the court requesting the move and the hearing is pending. Sources tell us Gabriel is livid because he believes the move is punitive and designed to strip him of any contact with his daughter.

And Gabriel is particularly upset because Halle’s longtime boyfriend Olivier Martinez will be living with Halle and Nahla if the move is approved … informed sources tell TMZ.

Halle could have an argument that it’s safer for Nahla to be in Europe … especially because her latest stalker — who broke onto her property multiple times — has recently been released from jail.

We get that Halle fear for her and Nahla’s safety from the stalker, but moving to Europe?! Isn’t that taking it a bit too far???

Ever since Bey shook up the world with her baby bump last year, the speculation has been running wild that she’s been faking the whole time. While we don’t necessarily believe the crazies, we’re going to add fuel to the fire and show you the clues that have everyone jumping to the conclusion.

And remember, these aren’t OUR theories. We’re just reporting them, kids.

This brings an entirely new meaning to the term “swingers.” Khloe and Lamar are preparing for the new season of the show, which explains all the freaky TMI going on right now. In a recent interview Khloe revealed that she’s actually relieved she hadn’t gotten pregnant earlier and says she thinks the change in venue may finally get them that baby!

“Dallas might bring me a baby,” Kardashian told me earlier today while promoting the second season of Khloé & Lamar.

She admits that having a baby any sooner than now may not have been such a good thing.

“In hindsight, thinking of Lamar’s trade and the lockout and everything, I don’t know how I could have done it if I had a newborn,” Kardashian said. “I don’t think I could have done all this.”

Not that the second season of their E! reality series doesn’t feature the couple getting frisky. The first episode shows Kardashian trying to spice things up by installing a sex swing over their bed after Lamar seems to be disinterested in getting it on.

“Having an NBA lockout, I think it really made him depressed,” Kardashian said. “And that affected us in other areas, which I didn’t realize until later. I was trying to overcompensate, like entertain him more. I was always trying to make him happy. I would think, ‘This would made him happy.’”

While the swing didn’t exactly work out (it fell from the ceiling on their first try), life in the bedroom bounced back after Odom joined the Dallas Mavericks.

“Now,” Kardashian said, “it’s phenomenal.”

Good luck to them on getting pregnant, Khloe really seems to want to be a Mommy.

Would y’all consider Khloe to be the most “normal” Kardashian? She seems to have suddenly become the most popular sister. Wonder how Kimmy Cakes feels about that!
