Calling it Quits

There’s been a new development in the Dipset hierarchy saga, and it looks like it’s the end of an era.

Freekey Zekey Survives Car Wreck

Posted by Bossip Staff

Freekey Zekey

Dipset member Freekey Zekey walked away from a major car wreck last night:

“Dipset member Freekey Zekey was nearly killed when he was involved in a near fatal, three car pile-up accident last night in New York. The rapper was in Harlem, at a stop light on 115th and 1st Avenue, when a 300 Chrysler hit his 2007 White S550 Mercedes Benz from behind.

The impact of the collision sent Zeke and a friend into air, landing them onto a parked Hummer, where a passenger was still inside. While the rapper’s Mercedes Benz was completely totaled, Zeke escaped with his life.

The Harlem rapper says he spent the night at St. Luke’s Hospital for evaluation and has since been released with minor scrapes and bruises. ‘I’m just happy to know that Zeke was not severely injured’, [said] Dipset member Juelz Santana.”

That is miraculous, no doubt. We wish ole Zeke a speedy recovery.

When The Checks Stop Coming In

Dipset’s Mr. ‘Show It Off’, Hell Rell, was was arrested over the weekend for ganking items at a local Blockbuster in Ohio. It is rumored that after he was caught stealing, one-time found some weed on him.

That’s a real thugged-out charge, stealing Skittles from Blockbuster. SMH.

The Takeover

Posted by Bossip Staff

According to Jim Jones, Cam’ron was kicked out of Dipset. Jim Jones reportedly told Miss Info from Hot 97:

“Me and Cam’ron havent spoken to each other in a year…. I kept quiet out of loyalty, I felt like if we cant be friends then at least we can do business together….But now I can’t be next to you….I’m through wit being in hot water because of you….We still the Diplomats. We worked too hard to achieve our own success and now we’re gonna do something new….”

When 25 Cent went at Cam’ron and Jim Jones took a neutral stance, you knew there were problems. It’s a slow news day so some fake/halfway-thug news will do. This news come on the back of reports that Cam’ron recently was owned by Tru life outside a NYC club with sources reporting Jim Jones was also attacked.

Tru Life Says He Styled on Cam’ron

Posted by Bossip Staff

Jay-Z-affiliated artist Tru Life went on Power 105 and claimed he attacked Cam’ron recently outside of club Stereo. Tru Life also says a member of his crew beat up Jim Jones and ganked his ring and he socked Camron because he is promoting gang violence and disresprecting Hip-Hop by going at Jay-Z and Nas.

Tru Life put out a diss track last year entitled “The Dips is Over” going at Camron and Jim Jones.

CAN’T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG

After the New York Knicks were getting smacked up on their home floor, they started a fight with the Denver Nuggets last night. The Carmelo Anthony factor ensures this gets out of hand. Watch as Carmelo banks Knicks player Mardy Collins in the jaw and then does a Jim Jones and runs away. Jared Jeffries (Knicks #20) starts chasing Carmelo like a crackhead after his rock was stolen. Carmelo wasn’t the only person seen running for cover, Spike Lee and his daughter had to break out from their courtside seats.

Jim Jones Responds to Jay-Z’s Diss Track

****UPDATE@3:11 p.m. EST: Jimmy just released a new track in response to Jay-Z’s Brooklyn High, click here to listen to the We Fly High Beef Mix with Juelz Santana

Jay-Z put out a diss track (Brooklyn High) against Jim Jones last night and Jim Jones is hitting the wires saying he is putting out something tonight.

Via AHH, Jim says he is putting his response out tonight:

AllHipHop.com: Let’s cut to the chase. What do you think of Jay’s answer [“Brooklyn High”] ?

Jim Jones: Personally? It’s a couple feelings. To get Jay-Z to bite the bullet was a hell of a chess game, ‘cause he thinks he’s always playin’ chess. So right now, [I got a] check for his ass, ‘cause he sold for the bait. He said Jim Jones’ name a couple weeks ago on HOT 97, that was his first mistake, nobody ever thought he’d do that – If I’m supposedly not on his level, when he’s supposed to be this rich dude and such this gangsta. [laughs] That was his first mistake. And then he bit the bullet and did the remix to “We Fly High” [titled “Brooklyn High”], which I appreciate. He did two verses, and that registers as BDS, ‘cause it’s over two minutes. [Editor’s Note: BDS is Broadcast System Data, which records the frequency of a song’s play on a radio station] So what I’m gonna do is, I’m gonna put my verse to it, then we got the official Jim Jones [and] Jay-Z remix. He ain’t even spittin’ right on that joint, so he kinda disappointed me ‘cause I thought he would’ve came harder. But for the people, I’m gonna put my verse on it tonight, so we gonna have the official Jay-Z [and] Jim Jones remix, and I’m gonna have it tomorrow. The BDS is already runnin’, so I appreciate you Jay, givin’ me extra BDS. That’ll probably take me up another thousand spins or something like that.

Jimmy goes on to say: His jump shot is weak, his knees is bad, his swagger is gone.

Jay-Z Rides Against Jim Jones, Damon Dash, and Tyra Bank’s Hairline-Brooklyn High

Posted by Bossip Staff

Jay-Z refers to a fight which was caught on video where Jim Jones and Camron were chased out of Rucker Park.

The track sounds kinda weak and we can likely expect a Dipset diss track going a little harder within the next few days. Jay-Z sounds desperate addressing Jim Jones after asking “WHO IS JIM JONES” on a recent Hot 97 interview. Jay-Z just helped Jim Jones sell a lot more records by going after him, Jay-Z looks to have taken the bait from Jimmy. Spotted at Realtalk NY. All in all, Jay-Z is too big and too reputable to even be addressing Jim Jones.

Business Genius Jim Jones Has Trouble with Basic 6 X 4 Math; Rides Against Jay-Z on Kay Slay Interview

Posted by Bossip Staff

After Jay-Z responded to Jim Jones previous disses with “I will buy Koch” which is the record company that Jim Jones is signed to, Jim Jones calls Jay-Z a “b*tch a*s ni**a” and says “I heard Rocawear is like FUBU right now, that sh*t is weak”. LMAO at this part. We received some emails on what do we mean when we say “FUBU” but Jimmy is headed in the right direction in terms of what we mean. Now on to the jokes/interview.

SMH at Jim Jones having trouble with elementary math with “what is 6 X 4″, the only reason this is so troubling is Jim Jones is bragging about his business acumen and calling others “stupid mothaf*ckers” during the entire interview. Watch for Jimmy’s math around the 3:26 mark. Also the “they are picking on me” crybaby voice.

Nas Disses Jim Jones on Flex Hot 97 Interview

Posted by Bossip Staff

Jim Jones is on the receiving end of another “ni**a please”, that’s childplay to be focusing on him.

One of the very few interviews where Nas has actually made sense. Audio sourced to .

In other Nas news, Superhead has picked up some admirers and now Nas Baby Mama Carmen Bryan is set to release her book about how much of a slut she is. Same old stuff: How Nas found out about her giving Jay-Z head, f*cking Allen Iverson, etc. SMH. For more on this trick’s book and excerpts, click here. I have to question Nas judgment for hooking up with a trick like Carmen, more importantly, having a baby by her. A girlfriend and side jump off for Jay-Z and Allen Iverson, a long-term girlfriend and baby mama for Nas. SMH

Jay-Z Rides Against Jim Jones on Hot 97 Flex Interview, Returns to New York from Abroad

Interview spotted at Nah Right. For Jay-Z’s freestyle on the show, click here. Freestyle leaves a lot to be desired. LMAO how Jay-Z doesn’t even respect the little rappers going after him for attention, treating them like annoying flies. The interview went down last night.

Jim Jones: F$#% Jay-Z

SMH at Jim Jones saying “this is what gangstas do”. Oh really, thanks for telling the streets that. Spotted at Nah Right
