Jay-Z put out a diss track (Brooklyn High) against Jim Jones last night and Jim Jones is hitting the wires saying he is putting out something tonight.

Via AHH, Jim says he is putting his response out tonight:

AllHipHop.com: Let’s cut to the chase. What do you think of Jay’s answer [“Brooklyn High”] ?

Jim Jones: Personally? It’s a couple feelings. To get Jay-Z to bite the bullet was a hell of a chess game, ‘cause he thinks he’s always playin’ chess. So right now, [I got a] check for his ass, ‘cause he sold for the bait. He said Jim Jones’ name a couple weeks ago on HOT 97, that was his first mistake, nobody ever thought he’d do that – If I’m supposedly not on his level, when he’s supposed to be this rich dude and such this gangsta. [laughs] That was his first mistake. And then he bit the bullet and did the remix to “We Fly High” [titled “Brooklyn High”], which I appreciate. He did two verses, and that registers as BDS, ‘cause it’s over two minutes. [Editor’s Note: BDS is Broadcast System Data, which records the frequency of a song’s play on a radio station] So what I’m gonna do is, I’m gonna put my verse to it, then we got the official Jim Jones [and] Jay-Z remix. He ain’t even spittin’ right on that joint, so he kinda disappointed me ‘cause I thought he would’ve came harder. But for the people, I’m gonna put my verse on it tonight, so we gonna have the official Jay-Z [and] Jim Jones remix, and I’m gonna have it tomorrow. The BDS is already runnin’, so I appreciate you Jay, givin’ me extra BDS. That’ll probably take me up another thousand spins or something like that.

Jimmy goes on to say: His jump shot is weak, his knees is bad, his swagger is gone.

Jay-Z refers to a fight which was caught on video where Jim Jones and Camron were chased out of Rucker Park.

The track sounds kinda weak and we can likely expect a Dipset diss track going a little harder within the next few days. Jay-Z sounds desperate addressing Jim Jones after asking “WHO IS JIM JONES” on a recent Hot 97 interview. Jay-Z just helped Jim Jones sell a lot more records by going after him, Jay-Z looks to have taken the bait from Jimmy. Spotted at Realtalk NY. All in all, Jay-Z is too big and too reputable to even be addressing Jim Jones.

After Jay-Z responded to Jim Jones previous disses with “I will buy Koch” which is the record company that Jim Jones is signed to, Jim Jones calls Jay-Z a “b*tch a*s ni**a” and says “I heard Rocawear is like FUBU right now, that sh*t is weak”. LMAO at this part. We received some emails on what do we mean when we say “FUBU” but Jimmy is headed in the right direction in terms of what we mean. Now on to the jokes/interview.

SMH at Jim Jones having trouble with elementary math with “what is 6 X 4″, the only reason this is so troubling is Jim Jones is bragging about his business acumen and calling others “stupid mothaf*ckers” during the entire interview. Watch for Jimmy’s math around the 3:26 mark. Also the “they are picking on me” crybaby voice.

It has been rumored that Jim Jones and Camron have had some bad blood recently and that The Diplomats were going to break up. This comes from Jim’s persistent effort to assemble a new crew the Byrd Gang — which includes Max, Mel Matrix, Stack Bundles (who used to be down with DJ Clue’s posse) and possibly former Roc-A-Fella singer Rell.

“That’s what people want to happen,” Jim said of the rumored breakup. Jim claims that there is nothing wrong and The Diplomats are tight as ever. Also expect a new album soon.
