Swizz Beatz addresses the drama between him, his ex-wifey, and Alicia Keys:

“Everybody can have their fun right now talking that dumb sh– about my divorce and all that. I’mma give them something to talk about. People get divorced every f—in’ day. They need to worry about more serious things.”

The big rumor in the tabloids is that Swizz and his wife broke up over the proverbial “other woman.” What made the story so sensational was that the alleged mistress in this case was Grammy winner Alicia Keys. Swizz dismissed it.

“It ain’t even bad. My divorce, it ain’t nothing bad. It’s just us moving on. Me and Shonda are super good. It is what it is. [The press] are nine months late on the situation. It’s a headache to me. We been separated nine or 10 months already. I’m not hiding anything,” he added. “I can see if I was hiding something. I’m a grown man. Nobody is living no perfect life. Mashonda has a single coming out that I funded, photo shoots that I funded. We made our statement that we’re still working together. They didn’t wanna believe it. I said I would be continuing to support her career. Nobody wants to look at that sh–. They wanna look at ‘Alicia Keys.’ That sh– is ignorant.”

Juanita Bynum and Bishop Weeks are finally splitting for good:

It’s almost a year since Weeks delivered an almighty beatdown to Bynum in the parking lot of an Atlanta hotel after the couple met to work out their issues. Weeks pleaded guilty back in March to aggravated assault, and was sentenced to probation and community service. Despite his plea, Weeks is still asking for Bynum to pay for his lawyer fees.

SMH at him still trying to get her to pay for his lawyer fees after he literally stomped on that ass. That’s some bullsh*t right there.

Gary Coleman and the redheaded broad he lost his virginity to are headed to “Divorce Court” too:

Today on a special two-part session of Divorce Court, 80′s child star Gary Coleman and his new wife Shannon have come to Divorce Court seeking Judge Toler’s advice on their troubled marriage before it’s too late. Gary says he met Shannon on a movie set and was glad to know Shannon did not know who he was when they first met. Shannon proposed a year later after an argument. Gary is in love with Shannon and calls her his star protector. Shannon says she is tired of Gary’s anger issues and blames her for anything that goes wrong and is sick of playing the blame game.

First Juanita Bynum now Gary Coleman and his swirl gone bad on Divorce Court? Too bad their relationships didn’t pan out, but this is some pure comedy indeed. The show will air May 1st.

Juanita Bynum will go on “Divorce Court” this week to end her marriage with Bishop Thomas Weeks III who gave her a real good tail whooping back in August:

Televangelist Juanita Bynum says in a two-part episode of “Divorce Court” that she’s through with her marriage to minister Thomas W. Weeks III, who is on probation for assaulting her.

In episodes scheduled to air Thursday and Friday, Bynum also says she had thoughts of suicide and weighs in on a case involving domestic violence. When asked what advice she had for women in situations similar to hers, she said, “I have to make a decision … to take the love that I had for him with me. I was just trying to make it work because I don’t like losing relationships,” Bynum told Judge Lynn Toler, who hears cases on the syndicated show distributed by Twentieth Television. “All of this just kept getting swept under the rug … So you begin to adapt to a very wrong and very unhealthy marriage.” Continue »

Wayne Brady is officially divorced:

The 35-year-old comedian has been living separately from his wife, Mandie, for four years, but the couple’s divorce was just finalized this week. According to papers filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the pair married in April 1999 and officially separated in April 2006, citing irreconcilable differences. They have one daughter, 5-year-old Maile Brady.

”Mandie is my best friend. We still love each other and we are raising our beautiful daughter Maile together as a team,” Brady said in a statement issued by his publicist.

The couple used a mediator to arrive at a final divorce settlement. Details about their child custody, child support and property-division arrangements were not made public.

They kill us with that so and so is my best friend BS. If ya’ll were such great friends than why didn’t this ish work out? He knows he probably can’t stand her ass.

Jasmine Guy is filing for divorce from her husband of 10 years:

Actress Jasmine Guy has filed for divorce, Los Angeles court documents show. The former A Different World star cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split from her husband Terrence Duckett. The couple, who are both 46, were married for nearly 10 years. Guy is seeking physical and legal custody of their 9-year-old daughter, Imani, with visitation for Duckett. She is also requesting that the court deny any spousal support to Duckett, but is asking it from him.

Hmmm…either they divorced on good terms or they are creepin with each other trying to rekindle the flame. Shaquille O’Neal and ex wife Shaunie appeared to be ‘coupled up’ at the Muhammad Ali event this weekend in Arizona.

After the divorce back in September, and being seen with this broad last week, it’s interesting to see these two together. Looks like the personal trainers and jumpoffs still can’t mask the love.

It’s about damn time they finalized this ‘divorce’:

Kimora Lee Simmons filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Russell Simmons, in Los Angeles County Superior Court Tuesday. In court papers, Kimora, 32, cites irreconcilable differences and asks for legal and physical custody of the couple’s two daughters, Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5. She requests that Simmons, 50, get “reasonable child visitation … to be accompanied at all times by the children’s nanny and security personnel.

Blood Diamond’s reply to the whole issue:

“Although I haven’t read the papers, I’m excited for closure on this issue. I love her to def and I will always wish her happiness and success.”

Clearly he’s got a piece of that Yoga-ass, so he’s good to go.

Star Jones is getting rid of her suspect fella:

“They hadn’t been seeing eye to eye for months and had already spent a great deal of time apart. Finally, Star decided it was over. She told Al at the end of January that he had 30 days to get his act together or ‘get out. Star is planning to divorce Al. I think Star felt Al had spent their marriage riding her success while she did all the heavy lifting. She resented it. Deep down, Star is a very old-fashioned woman who believes a man should support her emotionally, physically and financially. She now believes Al failed her.”

Damn, it took her all that time to figure out that obvious sh*t. Hopefully, next time she will marry a heterosexual.

More and more reasons of why the suspect couple’s split keep pouring in…now they are saying that Eddie got crazy towards the wedding:

Tracey Edmonds broke up with Eddie Murphy right before they were about to make their Bora Bora wedding legal because Murphy became bossy and physically intimidating, and insisted his mother accompany them on their honeymoon. “That was kind of the last straw,” said a friend of the beautiful bride. “She was happy to sign a prenup — she has her own money. She was very accommodating. But then it was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Eddie became very controlling and they got into a huge fight. He started screaming at her and grabbed her. She was scared.” The friend added, “She was even willing to change her name to Tracey Murphy, and all the wedding invites and place cards had her labeled as such.”

They can keep the reasons coming, but we all know the truth. Eddie and Johnny just need to tie the knot and get it over with.
