Natalie Cole has been discharged from the hospital five days after undergoing a kidney transplant. Cole headed home on Sunday to continue her recovery, her rep confirms to PEOPLE. Michael Jackson was seen in in L.A. the other day, with no mask on, leaving what is believed to be a cancer clinic:
Michael Jackson was pictured without his usual surgical mask as he left a medical facility in Los Angeles yesterday. The singer smiled briefly for photographers outside the Bedford Medical building wearing a bright red jacket. A former student started shooting at Hampton University this morning:
The campus of Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, was locked down for several hours Sunday morning after a former student shot two people in a dormitory and then shot himself, university and police officials said. School was closed in Mexico yesterday because of this lethal Swine Flu:
Mexico closed its schools across its capital Friday after at least 16 otherwise healthy people died and more than 900 others fell ill from what could be a new strain of swine flu. The World Health Organization worried that it could mark the start of a flu pandemic. Scientists in the U.S. and Mexico were trying to determine if the deaths were due to the same new strain of swine flu that sickened seven people in Texas and California.
