Snoop Dog is in the news again and this time he’s being sued by James D. Jenkins, A.K.A., Millenium Child:

“Here’s how not to win a lawsuit against a celebrity: Scribble the lawsuit in crazazy handwriting, then when asked what “relief” you want, ask for, um, the documents related to the case — but no money. That’s exactly what James D. Jenkins, who goes by the nom de freak Millennium Child, did in Colorado District Court: He claims that Snoop Dogg stole his “music strings” — we think he means string loops — for his song “Sensual Seduction.” James also writes, and we quote, “I had hand Ice Cube manager 1 tape … From there I don’t know how Calvin Broadus [Snoop's real name] got a hold of it. The tape.”

We asked Mr. Jenkins for a digital copy of his loops. He said they’re on cassette tape. (Of course they are.) The Doggfather’s folks haven’t returned a call for comment.”

Some more ignant ass bullsh*t for you this fine afternoon. In the future, Mr. Millenium should hit up Hooked on Phonics before handwriting a lawsuit – just a suggestion.

Word is there will be no season finale episode for “Girlfriends”, and the cast intends to sue:

“The CW made the cast members an offer to return for a ‘retrospective’ episode that would feature recaps of the previous shows and cast members reflecting on those shows. The CW apparently only offered to pay the actors half of their episodic salary to shoot the makeshift finale, thus the stars collectively opted not to participate.

In addition, [it is alleged that] The CW refuses to honor the contracts of the principal cast members and does not intend to pay the actors for the nine episodes that will not be taped. Continue »

Kanye is being sued by Dayna Staggs, A.K.A. DMystro, for copyright infringement:

“Staggs says that West ‘didn’t obtain a license to use ‘Volume of Good Life’ for his tune [The Good Life]. D’Mystro is also peeved because Kanye’s song “contains vulgar and offensive” images and “harms the reputation” of his much cleaner song. He wants 85% of all world sales of the proceeds from the music that uses his work, though he doesn’t explain how he came up with that number.”

Watch your back Kanye, this dude is trying to dig deep in your pockets.

“Z” lister Nate Dogg was sentenced to 3 years probation yesterday after pleading guilty to punching his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend. It’s a good thing that he will also be required to complete a ‘wife beatin’ treatment program, and he’s prohibited from owning any weapons.

Maybe that stroke has him on his contemplation, or at the very least, it’ll put his thug ass on hold for a minute.

A former employee of gossip tranny Wendy Williams is suing her husband, Kevin Hunter for sexual harassment and “creating a hostile working environment”.

Nicole Spence, the plaintiff said:

“Mr. Hunter repeatedly sexually propositioned me at work in the most crude and vulgar ways, telling me over and over that he wanted to ‘f- – -’ me. I also feared Mr. Hunter because he repeatedly physically assaulted Ms. Williams at or near the WBLS studio.. In one instance, Mr. Hunter stormed into the studio, demanded that other employees leave and openly physically abused Ms. Williams, pinning her against the wall with his hand around her neck, choking her while repeatedly pounding his fist into the wall directly by her head.”

Asked about Spence’s complaint, Williams yesterday told The Post, “Her allegations are totally false. This bitch is out of her mind. Husband Kevin Hunter said “the allegations are “so far from the truth. It’s insane.”

Now that’s some wild sh*t. First off, it’s particularly hard to believe that a big ole horse like Wendy can’t throw down with another man. Secondly, that Kevin does look crazier than a mf – doesn’t he??

After nearly two years, Sean “Diddy” Combs completed his deposition last week in the $130 million civil lawsuit stemming from the 1999 Club New York shooting that sent the Bad Boy CEO’s former protégé, Shyne, to prison. Natania Reuben, who filed the suit, claims the Bad Boy CEO and Shyne (Jamal Barrow, who changed his name in 2006 to Moses Michael Leviy in honor of his Jewish heritage), among others, are responsible for the injuries she suffered that night as a result of the gunfire. A representative for Robert Kelly makes a statement on Ne-Yo’s suit against the pied-pedo of R&B:

“The idea that R. Kelly had anything to do with Ne-Yo being dropped from the Double Up tour is just plain silly. As we said at the time, Ne-Yo was dropped because of a contractual dispute with the tour promoter, and in fact Ne-Yo is not suing Kelly but only the promoter. Ne-Yo may think blaming the situation on R. Kelly will improve his chances of collecting from the promoter, but if he does, he is sadly mistaken. Anyone remotely familiar with R. Kelly knows he is confident enough in his own abilities to be happy to share the stage with enormously talented people – the more talented, the better.”

Who really gives a rat’s ass.  We’re just anxious to see what will become of R. Kelly after his pedophile trial.

Who would have thought that Minister Louis Farrakhan was still taking care of his grown ass 48 year-old son? His old ass is still mooching off his dad now and won’t pay up for an accident he caused back in 2003:

A Gary couple are seeking to collect $350,000 from Farrakhan’s 48-year-old son, who lost a lawsuit after crashing his father’s Hummer into their car in 2003 and leaving the scene. Nasir Farrakhan has yet to pay any of the punitive damages awarded to Charles and Gladys Peterson, though they received $464,000 for their medical expenses from his insurance company. The younger Farrakhan has said he cannot pay because he has no income, has never been employed and has no checking account or savings. He argues the $1,400 in cash he receives from his father each month is legally considered charity, even though Nasir Farrakhan has acted as head of the minister’s 20-man security force for many years.

SMH. Get a job nicca.

Another day, another lawsuit. An Atlanta woman, Jamie Roberts, 24, claims that she was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder after a random encounter with Damon Dash back in 2004. She is suing Dash for $30,000 and claims that he made her crazy after meeting him in Miami:

The bizarre suit, which Roberts, 24, wrote up herself, says she met Dash at a Miami club that March, where he inexplicably used the name “Jeremy McIntyre” and took her to a nearby marina. There he showed her “his genital area” in an “offensive manner” and tried to force her into performing oral sex, the suit claims. Nine months later, Roberts said she “began to hear defendant’s voice in her ear, giving her certain directions to follow.” The suit says she discovered McIntyre’s true identity in early 2005 “while watching a taping of the “Dave Chapelle Show.”

This sounds like pure comedy. Broads going crazy over some “D” and writing up their own lawsuits. What’s even funnier is that she discovered who he was after watching the “Roca Pads” episode of Chappelle’s Show.

Jeremy McIntyre Damon Dash made a statement on the situation:

“We know nothing about it. It’s quite obvious this is a false allegation.”

Kimora Lee Simmons is being sued by Macy’s:

Kimora Lee Simmons overcharged Macy’s for her beauty products and then refused to pay back the extra profit, according to a lawsuit filed last week in Manhattan Supreme Court. In September 2006, four months after Simmons separated from her multimillionaire husband, Def Jam Records co-founder Russell Simmons, she signed an agreement to provide Macy’s with her line of cosmetics. But then she allegedly jacked up the price of her beauty products. Simmons declined comment.

We can say that we are not surprised that she’s jacking up prices for some mediocre cosmetics. She probably doesn’t even wear that sh*t herself, better yet, she probably doesn’t even let Ming Lee and Aoki play in that stuff and she’s overcharging Macy’s. The nerve of some people.

The young lady who was busted in the head a couple of weeks ago by Da Brat with a bottle of rum is bringing that attorney heat on both Da Brat and Jermaine Dupri’s club Studio 72. Via AHH:

Shayla Stevens, the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader who was allegedly assaulted by Da Brat earlier this month, has hired prominent attorneys Willie Gary and CK Hoffler and their firm, Gary, Williams, Finney, Lewis, Watson and Sperando P.L. Da Brat, born Shawntae Harris, allegedly struck Stevens with a 1.7 liter bottle of rum during a shoving match in the club in the early hours of November 1. According to Gary, Stevens has suffered permanent injuries to her face, as well as possible neurological damage. Additionally, she will miss upcoming games as cheerleader for the Falcons, as well as a scheduled role on Tyler Perry’s House of Payne sitcom. Gary, who is nicknamed “The Giant Killer” for his judgments against corporations, is noted for winning a $240 million jury verdict against Walt Disney, for stealing his clients idea for a theme park.
