A Miami police officer fatally shot a naked man chewing the face of another man Saturday afternoon on a downtown causeway off-ramp, officials said. The Miami Herald reported that the naked man chewed off half the face of his victim, who is struggling for his life. The violence started at 2 p.m. on the MacArthur Causeway off-ramp, just south of the Herald’s offices, the newspaper said.

Witnesses said that a woman saw two men fighting and flagged down a police officer, who came upon the naked man mauling the other man, the Herald reported. The officer, who was not identified, ordered the naked man to back away, but when the man continued the assault, the officer shot him, the Herald said. Witnesses told the Herald the wounded attacker continued to eat his victim, so the officer continued firing. Witnesses said they heard at least a half-dozen shots, the Herald said.

The naked man was later seen lying face down on the pedestrian walkway just below the newspaper’s two-story parking garage, the Herald said. The naked man’s victim was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital Ryder Trauma Center and had critical injuries, police told the Herald.

Neither man was identified. The shooting and investigation tied up causeway traffic as crowds were arriving at South Beach for an annual Urban Beach Week hip-hop festival.

Man Sues Ex-Fiancee For Not Marrying Him

Usually people are just sad for a little bit, get over it, and move on with their lives. Not this guy!!!

She was sued for saying “I don’t.” A Manhattan executive is dragging his ex-fiancée to court after she failed to walk down the aisle. As CBS 2’s Sean Hennessey reported exclusively, he wants her to pay tens of thousands of dollars for those broken promises.

Steven Silverstein should be talking about his upcoming nuptials to Kendra Platt-Lee, set for September at a Long Island hotel. Instead, he’s fending off questions about his lawsuit against her. The suit claims Platt-Lee took the money and ran when she broke off the engagement last month. “I was blindsided, I will say that,” Silverstein said. The 29-year-old wouldn’t say much but his lawsuit speaks volumes, claiming the two opened a joint account at Chase bank “…to equally split the costs of all wedding expenses.”

From that account the couple paid rent for their Upper East Side apartment and deposits for the wedding venue, band, photographer and videographer, and the flowers. However, when Platt-Lee told her fiancé she wished to call off the planned wedding, she allegedly withdrew more than $54,000 the same day from their joint account “in excess of her entitlement.”

“I was with him on and off for about four years, so it’s little shocking,” Platt-Lee said. But on Wednesday night from San Diego, Calif., Platt-Lee said she gave back the engagement ring and doesn’t owe anyone anything. “I think a break-up is really emotional. We’ve broken up twice now, so I can just speculate that he’s hurt,” Platt-Lee said. Besides back rent, the suit also demands the withdrawal overage and more than $16,000 in wedding-related costs, totaling more than $61,000, plus interest.

“A lot of legal problems in this,” matrimonial attorney Raoul Felder said. Felder said there’s only one way to protect yourself when love is lost. “You take a pen and paper and you write down everything — who gets what in case it falls apart because many of these things do fall apart,” Felder said. Silverman’s lawyer told Hennessey on Wednesday night that case law and the state statute are on their side but a marriage attorney said while this is an interesting case it certainly won’t be clear cut because nothing is in writing.

This ish is crazy! Five years ago, this guy Steve went into the hospital with a kidney stone and it was discovered that he also had the internal sex organs of a woman. After being married for 25 years with six kids he kept his family intact, but started living as a woman named Stevie instead!

“I had a kidney stone and we’re in the emergency room,” Stevie told Fox affiliate KDVR. “The nurse is reading the ultrasound and says, ‘Huh, this says you’re a female.’”

Stevie was shocked, but not incredibly surprised.

“It validated everything I had always felt inside,” she said.

In retrospect, the diagnosis makes sense, she explains.

“I remember wearing my mom’s clothes and makeup, very secretly, not telling anybody,” Stevie told the station.

“When I was 17, I was working my first part-time job at a TV station as a floor cameraman and the person in charge said to me, ‘You know, you walk like a queer,’” she added.

“And I thought I was hiding who I was, and I wasn’t.”

So Steve decided to begin living as Stevie — as a woman.

Part of the process was explaining the decision to her children.

“How do you tell your kids that, well, it’s no longer dad, it’s dadette?” she said.

But all of them, and Stevie’s wife, were supportive.

“Within a few minutes, all of them said, ‘I don’t care dad; I love you for who you are.”

Five years later, Stevie lives happily as a woman. She takes hormones but has no plans to undergo gender reassignment surgery.

And she’s still married.

“I didn’t sign on for this, but who signs on for anything?” Debbie Crecelius, Stevie’s wife, told KDVR. “She’s the same person she was as a he on the inside.”

The couple still live together and share a bed.

“She relates to my heart and soul, and I still relate to hers,” Stevie said. “And I think that that’s the essence of true love.”

These roomates ain’t isht! You know it’s bad when somebody is just begging to be killed and get it over with.

Six people in Utah have been arrested after cops said they stapled their roommate’s lips together, stapled his ears and chest, drilled him with a power tool and beat him during a brutal torture session over the weekend.

Jennifer Moses, 30, Lee Carl Moses, 26, David Masters, 55, Paula Masters, 43, Brandon Haggard, 20, and Tracy Jordan, 45, who lived together in Magna, near Salt Lake City, kidnapped Thomas Chapman, 41, on Saturday night, police told the Deseret News.

The sadistic sextet believed Chapman, who moved into their house this month, had set one of the roommates up, cops said.

“One of suspects claims over the last several weeks different people have pulled a gun on him in the street,” Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal told the newspaper. “They believe [Chapman] was responsible for it.”

At around 9 p.m., the crew dragged Chapman into the basement at gunpoint, handcuffed him and bound his feet.

Over the next seven hours, they stapled Chapman’s mouth, ears and chest; slashed him with a knife and a power tool, and bludgeoned him with objects including a crutch, a keyboard, a laptop and the butt of a shotgun.

“I was begging them … just to kill me, so I didn’t have to deal with it no more,” a battered-looking Chapman told local station KSL on Tuesday.
The crew eventually let Chapman go at around 4 a.m. after he begged for his life, police said.

He fled to a friend’s house nearby — wearing only a pair of underwear and with one wrist still cuffed — and called the cops.

The six roommates were arrested later and charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, obstruction of justice and gang enhancements.

They were being held at Salt Lake City County Jail.

Police searched the house and found some of the crew’s torture tools soaking in a bucket of cleaning solution.

Chapman was treated at a hospital for cuts, bruises and broken bones in his face, and released on Tuesday, according to the Deseret News.

He said he moved into the house about a week ago under the agreement that he would remodel the bathroom in lieu of paying rent.

“I would’ve never believed these people would’ve done this to me, never ever in the world,” he told KSL.

Woman Wearing Only Pink Duct Tape Does Back Flips And Assaults Police

People are f**king crazy.

A woman wearing hot pink duct tape attacked and injured three police officers in a bizarre incident Saturday night outside a lower Queen Anne bar, police said. The outlandish drama began at about 8 p.m., when the woman began stripping off her clothes inside the bar and sticking hot pink duct tape on her upper body, said Seattle police spokeswoman Renee Witt. The bartender ordered her to leave the bar, but she refused.

She then grabbed the bartender’s arm, injuring him. After that, she attacked another female customer by clawing and scratching her face and eyes, Witt said. Police were called. As they pulled up, the woman ran outside and down the street, ducking into a nearby KFC/Taco Bell restaurant and hiding in the women’s restroom.

Officers found her and brought her outside, putting her in handcuffs. But as officers tried to place her inside the patrol car, she suddenly “freaked out,” Witt said.
She began kicking at the legs and head of one officer. As police tried to pull her back inside the patrol car she suddenly did an over-the-head back flip and tumbled out the other side of the car. Once outside the patrol car, officers tried to get her under control. She kicked one officer in the head, causing a slight concussion.
Another officer was kicked in the hand, which severed the tendon in his right pinkie finger.

The third officer was kicked in the jaw, causing swelling and slight dislocation, Witt said. All three officers and the suspect were taken to Harborview Medical Center. At the hospital, the suspect again went out of control and had to be given medication that eventually knocked her unconscious.

Man Arrested For DUI With Pet Zebra and Parrot In The Car

Wait, this guy was all slizzed trying to take his parrot and zebra to the bar???

It sounds like the beginning of a joke. A man, a zebra, a parrot walk into a bar. A Cascade man was arrested outside of a Dubuque bar on Sunday night with a pet zebra and a macaw parrot in the front seat of his truck. Officers charged Jerald Reiter, 55, with OWI. Police reports say officers stopped him in the parking lot of the Dog House Lounge as he drove away in his truck. According to police, field sobriety tests showed Reiter had a blood alcohol level of .14. The legal limit in Iowa is .08.

Reiter tells KCRG.com that he and his girlfriend, Vickey Teters, see the animals like their kids and often take them for rides. On Sunday night, they say they took the zebra and the macaw to the bar because it often lets people bring their animals inside. Reiter says the owner told him they were serving food that night and he couldn’t bring a zebra inside the bar. Bar owners tell KCRG.com that no animals are ever allowed inside the establishment.

At that time he went outside to put the animals in his truck and several people were in the parking lot taking pictures. He believes one of those people called police. Reiter disputes the charges and says he realized he was too drunk to drive and was about to let a passenger in the truck to take the wheel when he was arrested.

A 16-year-old student was suspended after allegedly giving a classmate a cupcake laced with his “man juice”, Minneapolis City Pages reports:

St. Paul police spokesman Sgt. Paul Paulos told the Pioneer Press the boy gave cupcakes to “quite a few people” on May 9, but “only one supposedly had spunk.” Unfortunately, the unlucky classmate ingested the baked good, so authorities are unable to confirm the allegations.

On the day following his suspension, police say the student took to Twitter to express his outrage at the punishment — threatening to burn down Principal Dan Mesick’s house.

“It’s under investigation by police, and we can’t comment,” St. Paul Public Schools spokeswoman Toya Stewart Downey told the paper.

The student has since withdrawn from the school district.

What type of disgusting mess is this?!? This sick little scumbag was passing out “creamy cupcakes” and then when he got caught, threatened to burn the principal’s house to the ground? We have place where this little heathen will get his fill of some “nutty treats”…. Jail!

Track Coach Loses Job After Taking Student To Prom

And this lady is married to the 73-year-old son of the co-founder of Nike. Yes that Nike…

Controversy has bubbled up at a small high school in Eastern Oregon after a volunteer track coach was let go because she took a 17-year-old boy to his prom in April. Melissa Bowerman, 41, who had been coaching the Condon/Wheeler track and field team with her 73-year-old husband, Jon Bowerman, was ousted this month in a phone call from school officials. Jon Bowerman is the son of Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman.

“We started an investigation that led to us asking her to un-volunteer,” Condon Superintendent Jan Zarate said. But many in the community disagree with the decision and are lobbying the superintendent and school board on Bowerman’s behalf. Melissa Bowerman said she went to the Condon High School prom with one of the track athletes because the boy felt bad about not having a date and had been struggling in English class.

“If they go on (academic) probation and suspension, then they can’t go to the track meets,” said Melissa Bowerman, who also has a son on the track team. “I said, ‘OK, I will go with you, but we’ve got to talk about English first. You’re going to do better in English.” Melissa Bowerman says attending the prom was an error in judgment, but she maintains she did not have an inappropriate relationship with the teen. She said the two danced to a few slow songs but mostly played ping pong and foosball at the prom, the East Oregonian newspaper of Pendleton reported.

Gilliam County Sheriff Gary Bettencourt, who received a complaint from a chaperone, said he has found no evidence that Melissa Bowerman broke the law. The boy’s father, meanwhile, said he gave Melissa Bowerman permission to take his son to the dance.

“The first thing I thought, ‘Maybe this isn’t a good idea.’ But Melissa has been like a surrogate mom to these kids for years,” Bob Thomas said. Some parents, student athletes and community members spoke to the school board about the Bowermans’ character and value to the community earlier this month and have asked the board to reverse the decision to dismiss Melissa as coach.

Melissa Bowerman’s late father-in-law is well-known among Oregon sports fans. Besides co-founding Nike with Phil Knight, Bill Bowerman coached track at the University of Oregon from 1949 to 1972, winning four national titles. His relationship with track great Steve Prefontaine has been featured in two films.

In just four years under Melissa and Jon Bowerman, the Condon/Wheeler track and field program has grown from six athletes to more than 30. The girls’ team won its first state title on Saturday.

Jon Bowerman said he might resign because of the situation, and possibly sell his family’s ranch near the school. “The only thing we’ve done wrong is build them a new track and get uniforms and build them a powerhouse program,” he said. “If she doesn’t come back, I’m not coming back.”

SMH. It’s not like she was chopping this boy down in the back seat of her car like most of these crazy teachers, AND she had permission from his father as well..

A woman caught fade in Fredericksburg, Va., when she returned a lost iPhone to its owners, police say:

The 53-year-old victim told officers she found an iPhone near a 7-Eleven store on Lafayette Boulevard and contacted its owners to give it back to them.

Officials say the owner of the phone offered a reward in exchange for the return of the phone.

The victim met the owners of the iPhone near Mr. Dee’s Restaurant on the 700 block of Lafayette Boulevard, police said.

According to authorities, the victim gave the couple the phone and they gave her a small amount of money in return.

The victim was walking away when the male grabbed her from behind and threw her to the ground. He took the money back and kicked her while she was still on the ground, officials say.

The male and female iPhone owners left the area in a gold Honda Accord. Police said the investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information should contact authorities.

SMH!!! No good deed goes unpunished. Poor lady was just trying to be a good samaritan and ended up getting the smackdown.

Tebowing To Be Included In New Madden 13 Video Game

“Tebowing” has made its way to “Madden NFL 13,” according to the game’s creative director Mike Young.

Young made the announcement on his Twitter account, but it was not clear when or how the popular kneeling pose — inspired by Jets quarterback and devout Christian Tim Tebow, who is known for dropping to one knee in prayer — will be used in the EA Sports game.

Tebowing, which also requires placing a fist on your forehead, has been mimicked across the world and spawned a website where people can submit pictures of themselves striking the pose.

The game is set to be released on Aug. 28, with Detroit Lions receiver Calvin Johnson on the cover.

No one can agree if Tim Tebow is a good quarterback or not, but he’s provocative, he gets the people GOING!!! #BallSoHard
