Pretty much what we already knew just came out:

Dr. Feng Li, the assistant medical examiner who has been handling the case, said preliminary results from the autopsy and crime scene are “all indicating that she killed Mr. McNair and killed herself.”

“I’ll say greater than 95 percent,” Li told CNN when asked how confident he was with the findings. “It’s almost an assured thing. We have to be convinced otherwise.”

Does an unloyal man deserve to die because he cheats on his wife and family as some of our readers have suggested? Some of the comments this week have taken on a tone of “he shouldn’t have been cheating and this sh*t wouldn’t have happened”.

This is a sad story all around, our prayers are with the McNair family.

Ms. “I want my children” Debbie Rowe who took MJ to court and settled for $5 million and who is also trying to pressure The Jackson family for custody to “settle” for some more of MJ’s money said the following in an ABC interview in 2003:

“I didn’t do it to be a mother. I didn’t change diapers. I didn’t get up in the middle of the night, even when I was there, Michael did it all,” she said. ….”I did it for him to become a father, not for me to become a mother. You earn the title parent. I have done absolutely nothing to earn that title,” she told the court.

Nashville police have revealed that the gun found at the murder scene was purchased by his mistress, Sahel Kazemi, just two days before the shooting. Investigators believe Kazemi, 20, purchased the pistol from a private vendor, hours after she was busted for drunk driving with McNair in her SUV on Thursday night. Continue….
