Police say thieves smashed their way into an Atlanta pharmacy and made off with hair weaves and cigarettes.

Authorities say the break-in happened shortly before 5 a.m. Friday at a CVS pharmacy on Peachtree Street near Sixth Street in the city’s midtown area. A brick was tossed through the front glass door.

Police tell The Atlanta Journal-Constitution the thieves apparently took hair weaves and cigarettes. A portion of the store appeared to have been ransacked.

Thieves in search of expensive hair extensions have targeted beauty shops and other businesses that carry such items in recent months.

First of all, what kind of weave is CVS selling??? And secondly, when did Indian Hair become the new crack?

Happy Black History Month everyone! This is the time when we should be celebrating our heritage, our pride, our people, however, there’s been quite a few hang-your-head-in-shame moments already and Black History Month is just kicking off. A court clerk who watched hardcore (adult films) during a rape trial ‘because he was bored’ was caught looking at the explct. (ed.) material right under the nose of the judge.

Debasish Majumder, 54, accessed the obscene images while the victim gave her harrowing evidence at Inner London Crown Court.

He looked at photographs of (shirtless) women being gagged and couples engaged in sex (ed.) acts, Kingston Crown Court was told.

However the judge, who was sitting directly behind him, spotted the filthy pictures as the prosecution evidence was being given.

Majumder, who had worked at Inner London Crown Court for a number of years, later admitted routinely watching p*** while trials were taking place.

To make matters worse this dirty muhfugga had this lame azz excuse:

He said that nobody in the court would be able to see what he was looking at on his screen apart from the judge and the judge would not be able to read the names as the print was too small.

‘He said he only looked at (adult films) if the case was boring and did so once or twice a week. He had been carrying out this type of behaviour since the December of the previous year.’

Majumder pleaded guilty to one charge of misconduct in public office and five counts of possession of indecent images.

On his home computer police found a number of pseudo (adult) images of children and 12 extreme (triple X) pictures.

And this is the type of person who is somehow allowed to be apart of the justice system in the U.K.?? Wow…

Sorry holmes, but there won’t be any internet adult films where you’re goin. That doesn’t mean that there won’t be any sex though…SMH

All this killing over Facebook friends and statuses is getting wayyyyyyyy out of hand:

A father who was upset after a Tennessee couple deleted his adult daughter as a friend on Facebook has been charged in the shooting deaths of the couple, authorities said Wednesday. The victims had complained to police that Marvin Potter’s daughter was harassing them after they deleted her as a friend on the social networking site, Johnson County Sheriff Mike Reece said Wednesday.

Potter, 60, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in last week’s slayings of Billy Payne Jr. and his girlfriend, Billie Jean Hayworth. The couple was shot to death in their Mountain City home in the far northeast corner of the state. Their 8-month-old baby was found unharmed in Hayworth’s arms. “It’s a senseless thing,” the sheriff said.

Authorities have been involved other cases where Potter’s daughter, Jenelle Potter, believed she had been slighted by someone. Marvin Potter’s friend, Jamie Curd, has also been charged in the killings. Curd, 38, had romantic feelings for Jenelle Potter, 30, the sheriff said. Potter and Curd were arraigned Wednesday. Potter asked for time to hire an attorney while Curd was assigned a public defender who did not immediately return a phone message.

Assistant District Attorney General Matthew Roark said Curd’s initial bond was raised to $1.5 million while Roark agreed to put off a bond hearing for Potter until next week, when he is expected to have an attorney. Potter remains jailed on his initial $200,000 bond.

Is is really that serious, though??? SMH. No words.

A UK government program that allows teenager girls to receive birth control implants at school without their parents’ permission has some parents VERY angry:

Government officials say it’s an effective way to combat teen pregnancy. Parents say it’s a complete violation of their rights as parents. Morality-minded individuals are concerned that this will result in rampant sluttiness.

The program outfits young women who choose to participate with Implanon, a 3-inch long plastic matchstick that’s surgically installed beneath the surface of the skin under the arm. Implanon is a long-lasting form of birth control that is effective for 3 years before it must be removed, although it can be removed at any time.

Parents are complaining because they say the procedure isn’t safe. According to one mother who spoke to the Telegraph, her 13-year-old daughter was given the device after filling out a short medical history form and without any consultation from their family doctor.

Others say they’ve been “forced” to examine their daughters’ arms to make sure they haven’t tried to sneak around and get birth control behind their parents’ backs. Another parent says that her right to protect her daughter has been taken away from her. Interesting choice of words.

Maybe one day everyone will understand that in much the same way that carrying an umbrella around doesn’t cause it to rain, taking birth control does not cause anyone to have sex. Reducing teen pregnancy is a good thing, and because teenagers are not awesome at making good decisions, giving teenagers access to birth control is a good thing. But implanting a birth control device in teenage girls WITHOUT their parents’ permission is totally OUT THE QUESTION.

What the hell!?

As reported by a variety of Pittsburgh media outlets, the Monessen Valley Independent and WPXI prominent among them, the annual basketball rivalry game between Pittsburgh (Pa.) Brentwood High and Monessen (Pa.) High turned extremely ugly when the two teams tried to head to their respective locker rooms for halftime:

Before the players could leave the floor, three fans from the visiting Brentwood student section ran onto the court in full body banana suits.The fans surrounded the Monessen players and allegedly began making monkey noises and hurling racial epithets at the Monessen players, with no one entering the fray to stop the horribly inappropriate catcalls from coming.

Disturbingly, other Monessen parents claim that the Brentwood players hurled similar racist epithets themselves, calling the Greyhounds “monkeys and cotton pickers,” as one Monessen fan told WPXI.

Meanwhile, Valley Independent staff writer Jeremy Sellew claimed that Brentwood Director of Security Joseph Kozarian, who was on duty at the game, refused to intervene, instead sitting back and at one point smiling and laughing with the Brentwood fans in the stands.

As more media attention has swirled around the disgusting incident, Brentwood officials have scrambled to try and alleviate pressure on the school and district as a whole. As of Tuesday the three students involved had been identified and disciplined, though their punishment was withheld from the media. Similarly, officials claimed they were “reviewing school policy to make sure a similar incident doesn’t happen again.”

It seems like the school district didn’t get involved until the media did. This is just disgusting! What do you think of the hate speech used by fans hurled at the student players??

First we find out the Harry likes it hairy. Now this. The Harry Potter movies may be about the adventures of wholesome kids, but things behind the scenes weren’t nearly as innocent.

Daniel Radcliffe has admitted that he was in middle of a major drinking problem while filming the series, and he’d often show up for work drunk:

I have a very addictive personality. It was a problem. People with problems like that are very adept at hiding it. It was bad. I don’t want to go into details, but I drank a lot and it was daily — I mean nightly.

As much of a problem as he was having, the 22-year-old did put some limits on himself:

I can honestly say I never drank at work on Harry Potter. I went into work still drunk, but I never drank at work. I can point to many scenes where I’m just gone. Dead behind the eyes.

Harry was getting it in! But shoutouts to him for sobering up and managing to avoid the pit of self-destruction that so many child stars fall into.

Pay yo bills Bow Wow… Pay yo bills! Kinda crazy that the kid with the money sign tattoo who is always flossin’ his stacks may now end up behind bars for his alleged failure to pay a tour bus company what he owes them.

According to TMZ reports:

Bow Wow has avoided a civil lawsuit for long enough — and now a judge in Georgia has ordered he be arrested and held in custody until produces documents and information to the other side.

Bow Wow was ordered by a Tennessee court back in 2009 to pay almost $100,000 to a tour bus company for allegedly not paying his bill. The company then took the case to Georgia to try and get the court where Bow Wow lives to enforce the judgment.

He was ordered to produce documents in his home state regarding the lawsuit, which he never did. As a result, the tour company filed a motion to have the rapper held in contempt.

Finally back in October, the judge granted the motion and ordered Bow Wow be arrested and held until he produces the necessary documents the tour bus company asked for.

Bow Wow has not been taken into custody so far, or responded to the lawsuit.

Calls to Bow Wow’s reps were not returned.

Back in October? Sounds like they ain’t even lookin’ for him. Them tour bus folks might wanna holla at Dog the Bounty Hunter at this point. SMH.
