Chris Rock and his wife are blasting a woman who claimed she has a ‘Lil Rock’:

“Though we prefer to keep our private life out of the media, we feel that it is necessary to respond to the many grossly inaccurate media reports that were sold to the tabloids by Kali Bowyer who falsely claimed that Chris Rock fathered her 13-year-old son. After multiple lies, including that Chris refused to establish paternity and after finding out that Ms. Bowyer has an extensive criminal record, we personally asked the court to help us establish paternity so that we could put this harassment to rest.

Last week it was concluded through DNA testing that Chris is not the father of Ms. Bowyer’s son. We have spent a tremendous sum to litigate this case and are asking our attorney to pursue all legal remedies against her. Additionally, we would like for any monies Ms. Bowyer has taken from the tabloid media based on this false story to be donated to Bulloch County, GA charities for the benefit of disadvantaged boys and girls. We also express our deepest prayers for the welfare of Ms. Bowyer’s son who has been continuously embarrassed and exposed in the media by his mother. We are happy that this has come to an end.”

What he didn’t say was whether he hit her at some point in time. She was probably looking for some cash to finance her rock habit.

TMZ is reporting that the woman claiming to be the mother of Chris Rock’s love-child is a fraud with a checkered history that includes DUI’s, bad checks, theft by deception, domestic disturbance, and an eleborate cell phone scam. The sad thing about this story, Chris Rock doesn’t deny banging this dusty broad.

Chris Rock asked a court to determine if he’s the father of a 13-year-old boy, according to papers filed in a paternity dispute with a Georgia woman.If he’s proven to be the father, Rock wants to “contribute to the support, maintenance, and education” of the boy, say the papers filed Monday in Statesboro, Ga.Bowyer’s lawyer, Brett Kimmel, says Bowyer is “looking forward to establishing that Mr. Rock is the father of their son and bringing the case to a swift conclusion,” according to the AP.

The attorney declined to describe the nature of his client’s relationship with Rock or say why she waited 13 years to seek a paternity claim.

According to the National Enquirer, Chris Rock recently said that his biggest fear was a woman from his past showing up and saying:

Chris Rock was asked by Life Magazine if the country is ready for an African American president:

It’s ready for a retarded president, why wouldn’t it be ready for an African American president?

…I like Al Gore, actually. (A) He’s more qualified than everyone that’s running on the Democratic side. (B) If he won or didn’t win, he has an agenda to help people and make this a better world. . . . Maybe Barack will win, but I probably won’t see a black president. There’s real equality when you don’t notice [race], you don’t even talk about it. I probably won’t live to see that.

Chris Rock and his wife Malaak were seen together last night (pic above) at the Living Legend’s Foundation dinner and our friends at TMZ have confirmed the couple will be heading to Vegas together this weekend. It is probably a lot cheaper to keep Malaak. Although TMZ has reported that Chris was starting divorce proceedings, it looks like Chris is taking a hard look at that option before pulling the trigger and dumping Malaak.
