Dame’s son has not been seen in a minute….

Damon Dash still hasn’t seen his son for weeks , even after a court said she must return the boy to him , and now a judge is going to haul the boy’s mama back in cuffs if that’s what it takes. The judge in the Dash custody battle finally lost her patience and issued a bench warrant yesterday. Linda Williams is still defying the judge’s order to return Damon II, whom she picked up weeks ago for a weekend visit and hasn’t returned. The whereabouts of the child are unknown.

Damn this stupid jump off is still on the run with little Dame? Now she is going to have to do a bid for her actions. Is the simple minded heffah holding him hostage? Ish don’t stop…SMH

Damon Dash’s baby moms went underground with little Dame:

Hip-hop mogul Damon Dash’s ex-lover has been ordered to return their 16-year-old son to him immediately after a New York judge ruled in the star’s favor in an ongoing custody battle. Damon Jr. was allegedly enrolled by his mother Linda Williams at a school in Long Island, New York after a visit to her home last week. But Dash, who has sole custody of the teenager, had reportedly planned for him to attend school in the city’s Upper West Side. Judge Susan Knipps ruled at a Manhattan Family Court hearing on Wednesday, September 10, that Williams must return Damon Jr. to his father immediately or face legal consequences. Knipps threatened to issue an arrest warrant for Williams – who did not turn up at the hearing – but held off amid concerns over whether or not she had been properly notified. Williams has been ordered to make a court appearance on Monday, September 15. Dash’s lawyer, Robert Wallack, said, “Damon’s position is we expect the child to be turned over immediately, and we expect Ms. Williams to comply with the judge’s orders.”

This simple heffah needs to just hand him over so he can run through them “hoes” with his daddy before they lock her ass up. Dame’s “mogul status” seems to be dwindling and she should cut her loses now. Ass clown.

Damon Dash is not allowed to see his oldest son:

Damon Dash’s baby mama is holding his son “hostage,” and Dash is hauling her into court this morning so he can see the kid. Linda Williams — who’s the mother of Damon Dash II, aka “Boogie” — hasn’t allowed Damon to see Boogie. So Dash’s lawyer, Robert Wallack, has filed a motion to make Linda physically bring the son to court. Williams has made an extensive litany of claims about Boogie’s treatment as Dash’s son, claiming he hasn’t had running water and electricity in his house, among other things. Damon’s lawyer denies all of this.

This b*tch sounds crazy, especially after she was talking all the no electricity and hot water ish before… At least the man is trying to see his son. We can’t stand broads like this. She’s probably holding him ‘hostage’ for reasons that has nothing to do with the boy.

Apparently Dame Dash’s 4 Billion Dollar Rachel Roy funds haven’t kicked in just yet:

A bank is suing Damon Dash for allegedly dashing away from his mortgage. The hip-hop mogul failed to pay Eastern Savings Bank $78,504 in monthly payments for a pair of trendy Tribeca condos from January to August, the bank claims. Now the bank is warning Dash that he’s in danger of losing his apartments in the Sugar Warehouse on Laight St. and in the Atalanta on North Moore St. unless he comes up with the cash in a hurry. “Damon Dash, the man who helped Jay-Z take Roc-A-Fella Records from the streets to the corporate level, and his wife Rachel Roy announced Monday that they’ve have formed a $4 billion dollar joint venture Jones Apparel Group to develop, market and license the New York-based fashion brand named after his wife.”

Damon Dash and the mother of his oldest son are having issues:

Linda Williams claims that 16-year-old son Damon Dash II, aka “Boogie,” says he was “living with not hot water [sic] or electricity for two months in his bedroom,” and that Damon took him to the morgue to ID an uncle who committed suicide by gunshot to the head. Worst of all, Damon didn’t spring for $3,600 for hoops camp. Williams says Damon has been cagey over a promise to put $10 mil in trust for the kid.

No hot water or electricity? She can’t possibly be serious…

This stunning 5,200 SF duplex loft boasts 20 foot ceilings in the living room, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on TriBeCa’s best block. Add huge windows facing north and south, a mint kitchen and luxurious bathrooms, it leaves nothing to be desired.

Damon informed Bossip back in November that his financial situation is fine, but with a new baby on the way and crazy broads suing him he’s gonna need all the dough he can get.

Another day, another lawsuit. An Atlanta woman, Jamie Roberts, 24, claims that she was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder after a random encounter with Damon Dash back in 2004. She is suing Dash for $30,000 and claims that he made her crazy after meeting him in Miami:

The bizarre suit, which Roberts, 24, wrote up herself, says she met Dash at a Miami club that March, where he inexplicably used the name “Jeremy McIntyre” and took her to a nearby marina. There he showed her “his genital area” in an “offensive manner” and tried to force her into performing oral sex, the suit claims. Nine months later, Roberts said she “began to hear defendant’s voice in her ear, giving her certain directions to follow.” The suit says she discovered McIntyre’s true identity in early 2005 “while watching a taping of the “Dave Chapelle Show.”

This sounds like pure comedy. Broads going crazy over some “D” and writing up their own lawsuits. What’s even funnier is that she discovered who he was after watching the “Roca Pads” episode of Chappelle’s Show.

Jeremy McIntyre Damon Dash made a statement on the situation:

“We know nothing about it. It’s quite obvious this is a false allegation.”
