Poor thang! DMX was rushed straight to the hospital in North Carolina yesterday after getting sick on his flight from Miami.

According To TMZ reports:

DMX had the plane ride from Hell last night — throwing up all the way from Miami to Charlotte, and then rushing straight to the hospital after landing.

According to DMX, he had some “bad shrimp” at his baby mama’s house in Miami before he got on a plane — commercial — and then spent most of the flight tossing his cookies in the lavatory.

X tells us … as soon as he touched down he went to Gastonia Memorial Hospital outside of Charlotte … by limousine. Puking, but still balling!!

X spent about four hours in the emergency room getting treated for food poisoning, and then headed home.

No limo ride home though. A friend picked him up.

Mmmm hmmm, baby mama fixed you good.

Better it be bad shrimp than a bad batch of smack. Feel better DMX and stay off them rocks!

According to TMZ reports:

It’s official … DMX and his legendary rap crew Ruff Ryders are getting back together — in fact, X tells TMZ, a blowout reunion tour is already in the works.

Ruff Ryders first lady Eve told us this weekend to expect a massive comeback — but X says the RR reunion is already underway … with CEO Waah Dean currently booking several venues across the country.

The tour is supposed to kick off in a few months — and X tells us, the entire crew’s already on board, including Swizz Beats, Drag-On, and Murda-Mook.

According to DMX, Eve and The L.O.X. haven’t signed on yet — but that’s just because he hasn’t gotten in touch with them yet. X insists, that will change very soon.

X tells us, “We are all family and we’re going to come back stronger than when we left … It’s going to take the nation by storm.”

The Ruff Ryders movement was one of the most exciting things hip-hop has ever seen, and although it might be a bit late for a comeback, we’re in full support of anything that will make Earl some money and keep him out of jail.

DMX is continuing to clean up his image (just not literally this time) as a concert in Texas turned into a visit to injured soldiers.

X was doing a show in San Antonio last Thursday, when a fan asked if he would visit the troops at nearby Fort Sam Houston. X said yes … and actually kept his word, showing up the next day and playing a little wheelchair basketball with some of the guys (see X score below).

DMX told us, “It made my day as much as it did their day. One told me that I gave him the best early Christmas gift he ever got and that has me still smiling.”

Good job Earl, leave the crack pipe alone and focus on something positive.

DMX will be working on his issues … the marital kind … on VH1’s upcoming “Relationship Rehab” … TMZ has learned. The troubled rapper and his estranged wife Tashera Simmons have agreed to appear on the upcoming reality show in the hopes of getting their failed marriage back on track, a source close to production tells us.

The Simmons separated in July 2010 after 20 years and four kids together … yet they are still best friends, insists the source – and that’s why they want to give it another shot. We’re told DMX feels Tashera is “one of the only people [he] truly ever loved and has been down with him through thick and thin.”

The thin? DMX cheated on his wife left and right – and even fathered six children during his extra-marital conquests.

We wish them the best…
