Grrrrrr…guess who is about to be back on the prowl ladies???

Rap star DMX was extradited from a Miami, Florida jail and is now in a Phoenix, Arizona jail on theft charges. According to reports, Maricopa County Sheriffs are holding DMX in custody on a $25,000 cash bond on felony theft charges. DMX was originally arrested by Miami police outside of a Wal-Mart, after he failed to appear at a mandatory pretrial conference related to drugs charges in Phoenix. DMX faces one count of marijuana possession and four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, stemming from a May raid of his Cave Creek home. The embattled rapper still faces felony theft charges related to allegations that he gave a fake name at an Arizona medical clinic, as well as seven counts of animal cruelty. DMX is currently filming a reality show titled DMX: This Life of Mine, which will chronicle his legal woes and attempt to rehabilitate himself

First things first, we hope the man is off the yay. Secondly we know this sounds harsh but…doing more time is probably the best thing that could happen to him right now. F*ck a reality show, this man has some demons. Get it together Earl.

DMX is being released from jail even after cussing at the judge:

Even though he dropped an F-bomb on a Miami judge yesterday, DMX can finally get all the McD’s he wants — for now. We’re told his lawyer, former “Apprentice” could-a-been turned miracle worker Bradford Cohen, just worked out a plea deal with the judge: time served and about a $483 fine. D could’ve faced up to six years on the trying-to-score coke and pot charges, to which he plead guilty. We’re also told AZ lawmen have 15 days to collar him for all his eight zillion arrests there. Here we go again:

DMX was arrested for the sixth time this year as he attempted to go shopping on Thursday afternoon in Miami. The arrest was the result of a skipped court date Tuesday, the result of drug charges in Arizona. Police in Miami, Florida arrested and handcuffed the Yonkers-bred artist as he attempted to leave an area Wal-Mart. DMX was reportedly trying to surrender to police through negotiations with his lawyer. The Miami police apprehended him before those talks could come to fruition. The 37-year-old chart-topping rapper was to appear in Arizona for a pretrial conference for allegations of marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession. DMX, born Earl Simmons, faces a number of charges in Phoenix, Arizona, ranging from animal cruelty charges to taking on the personality of another person.

Getting arrested in the Wal-Mart parking lot must have embarrassing as hell, that’s the direct opposite of low-key. It be a million mfers shopping there on a daily basis. Get it the fu*k together Earl. We sincerely hope this is the last time we have to write about his ass getting arrested.

Hopeless criminal DMX was officially charged yesterday:

The star – real name Earl Simmons – was charged in Arizona on Tuesday with one count of theft and one count of stealing someone else’s identity. The indictment is just one of many legal woes the hip-hop star has faced so

far this year. In January, he was arrested for allegedly speeding down a Phoenix, Arizona freeway. In May, he was charged with suspected drug possession and animal cruelty following raids on his Arizona home.

A month later in June the star was arrested for allegedly attempting to buy drugs from an undercover officer, and earlier this month he was taken into police custody for violating his bail terms relating to a previous incident in June of driving without a valid license.

That’s just one more step closer to the clink for Mr. Simmons. Trife

Captain F**k Up has been arrested for the fourth time in two months and now his foolery is reaching new lows – identity theft:

The rapper was arrested (July 19) in a Phoenix mall, due to an alleged incident at the Scottsdale Mayo clinic in April where the rapper was being treated for an illness.

While there, he allegedly used an alias, “Troy Jones,” and defaulted on a $7,500 bill. DMX, real name Earl Simmons, was booked at the Maricopa County jail.

The arrest marks X’s fourth bust in two months, on charges that range from alleged illicit drug use to numerous motor vehicle violations.

“He’s back in jail again,” Arpaio told the Associated Press. “I don’t know why judges keep letting this guy out. Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond. I’m hoping this is the one time he’s going to pay the penalty for his offense.”

Because of X’s celebrity status, Arpaio confirmed that the Yonkers native would be held in protective custody. “They [inmates] may not like his music,” he quipped. At press time, a bond has not been given in DMX’s case, and his lawyer Cameron Morgan has declined to comment.

Damn, his thuggery knows no bounds. Looks like DMX is about to catch it. SMH.

But then again, maybe you will. According to TMZ, DMX has been arrested again:

DMX was arrested again today in Arizona. He showed up for a court hearing, but had a bench warrant out for his arrest, so they busted him. DMX was busted June 27 after he allegedly tried to buy drugs from an undercover officer. He was also busted on June 23, May 9 and May 7.

We’re gotsta give up to DMX – it’s not often that we find ourselves speechless – but yet here we are. Kudos DMX – you done f**ked up royally.
