We’re surprised it took this long for some broad to try to cash in on all those Hip-Pop checks by cursing a child with that hairline.

But according to TMZ, a woman now claims that Flo Rida is trying to avoid splitting those checks with her and her child by faking a paternity test.

Mr. Rida is accused of fathering a son with a woman named Gloria Halloway. The kid was born earlier this year.

Flo’s attorney, Sandy Becher, tells TMZ … the rapper took a paternity test last month that ruled him out as the boy’s father … but he used a pseudonym to protect his identity.

But Halloway isn’t buying it — claiming she has yet to see a document with Flo’s REAL NAME on it … and her lawyer, Damon McDougal, tells us, “There is absolutely nothing to indicate that [Flo Rida] was sampled.”

McDougal adds, “I really do feel that the only way we are going to get a reliable paternity test is going to be within the confines of some sort of court order.”

We’re not buying Flo’s story either. Not unless he is running to take a legit test…

TMZ reports Miami Beach police arrested Flo-Rida this morning for driving drunk in his Bugatti, one of the most expensive cars money can buy.

Law enforcement sources say … 31-year-old Flo Rida was driving around in his red and black 2008 Bugatti — valued around $1.7 million — when cops observed the rapper swerving in his lane and pulled him over around 3:30 AM.

During the stop, cops detected the odor of alcohol — so Flo was given a field sobriety test … and didn’t perform very well.

Flo — real name Tramar Dillard — was arrested on suspicion of DUI and taken to a nearby station where he is currently being booked.

Cops say Flo’s blood alcohol level was .185 … more than twice the legal limit.

You big dummy! You’re paying insurance (and probably a car note) on a $1.7 Million car, and you couldn’t just hop in a cab or pay someone to drive you home?

What’s worse is Flo Rida definitely knew he was smashed… and probably would have had no problem finding a volunteer chauffeur.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops say a large crowd gathered around Flo after cops had pulled him over.

Several bystanders were “trying to get officers to let [Flo Rida] go. Some individuals were offering to drive [Flo] home.”

When the officer tried to conduct a “walk the line” test — Flo told the cop, “Officer I can’t do this. I don’t feel I can’t walk a straight line. I had a few drinks. Let’s try another test.”

Flo then tried to convince the officer, “I can make it home.” Cops didn’t let him try.

What? Did he realize how stupid “I can’t walk straight but I can drive” made him sound?

B-b-but wait, it gets worse…

Cops say they ran a computer check on Flo — and cited the rapper when they learned his driver’s license had been suspended last month for failing to pay a traffic fine.

Flo Rida is a jerk.

200-something-pound Flo Rida was head and shoulders above the rest in Vegas Friday night — rapping shirtless at Chateau Nightclub in the Paris Hotel … on top of some dude’s back.
