Foxy Brown’s brother is going to jail.

The hot-tempered rapper’s big brother, Gavin (Pretty Boy) Marchand, copped to felony identity theft Thursday for using fake credit cards to go on a Madison Avenue birthday shopping spree.

He faces 2 1/2 to 5 years behind bars when he’s sentenced Sept. 28. Marchand, 36, who has dabbled on stage as Foxy’s sidekick, spent $8,000 in luxury goods and went to pay his alcohol tab at a trendy Midtown Manhattan night club, court records say.

Comparatively minor charges lodged against Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, were dropped last month after her Brooklyn neighbor refused to testify that she was mooned by the rap diva – violating an order of protection to stay away.

Foxy Brown went bananas at Velvet Peach Cafe in Prospect Heights this week, sources said. The hip-hop diva and neighborhood provocateur acted sweet, spies said, until a chef snapped a photo. “She proceeded to get into an argument with the restaurant’s co-owner and threatened litigation if the photo were publicly used,” said a spy. Fuming Foxy then stormed out. A Velvet Peach regular told us, “I doubt she’ll return. ‘Diva’ is definitely not on the menu.” A friend of the rapper said about the sour grapes incident at the Peach: “It was an argument. She’s working on herself and everything else in her life. She’s working to rebuild her career, and at the end of the day, she’ll have something great.” A Velvet Peach manager declined to comment after telling a co-worker that we were calling about the “Foxy Brown incident.” Brown’s lawyer, Sal Strazzullo, declined to comment.

Clearly this girl doesn’t have any real friends around her, because if she did they would have BEEN told her to sit her silly @$$ down somewhere…

Oh Foxy. What are we going to do with you??

Now that she’s finally beat a case, the New York Post found it necessary to do a full, in depth interview with Foxy Brown about her hard knock life as a knucklehead with an attitude. While we know it’s entirely possibly that the author (or editor) of the piece made her look bonkers, some of Foxy’s statements in the interview made us LOL and SMH all at once.

On her day-to-day life:

“The Foxy character and Inga Marchand are two different people,” she continues. “My fiancé calls me Inga. No one around me calls me Foxy. I go to church every Sunday. I go to Bible study every Friday night. I’m saved.”

On why the mooning incident didn’t happen and why it made her so sad:

“The mooning thing bothered me more than anything else in the past — because I’m a lady,” says Brown, 31.

Brown showed up in court last week with her attorneys, Salvatore Strazzullo and Ikesha Al Shabazz, ready to plead not guilty to flashing her underwear and bum last July. The defense was prepared to discredit the story by proving Brown was going commando in a tight dress that night — but the neighbor refused to testify, and the charges were thrown out.

The ordeal mortifies Brown nonetheless. “I’m cut from a different cloth,” she says. “I would never moon someone. I was raised in a good family.”

So you were raised better than mooning folks, but not better than running around with a dress on and no drawls? SMH.

When the checks stop coming in… just sue the city, riiiiiight? Foxy Brown caught a break this week when her “mooning” charges were dropped, but she’s not satisfied with just being let off the hook. She wants to get PAID.

According to NY Post reports:

After a judge threw out charges against Foxy Brown for allegedly dropping her drawers and mooning her neighbor, the rapper’s lawyer says he’s planning on filing a “$100 million” lawsuit against the city. Salvatore Strazzullo told us he’ll also file a claim against “the ADA’s office” for “malicious” treatment of his client. He said prosecutors should never have gone after Brown. “With school budgets cut, they had the audacity” to file charges, Strazzullo said. “Do we want our tax dollars going for this?” A rep for the city’s Corporation Counsel said they “have not seen any legal papers.” Another legal eagle pointed out that assistant district attorneys have “absolute immunity” from being personally prosecuted, and the city would likely move for immediate dismissal.

ITCHBAY please! Ho Sit Down already with this isht. We could understand suing to pay her legal fees but this is just greedy.

You don’t have to work for the D.A.’s office to know Foxy Brown is a crazy broad who is highly likely to flash the moon at a broad.

And let’s be real — the woman making the claims asked the prosecution to drop the charges because she already got her money up thanks to a civil suit settlement. Inga is just trying to recoup her losses.

Foxy, it’s time to either find a new reggae singing sugar daddy to support your lavish living or take it back to the studio and get to work on some fresh sixteens. It’s a new day — and a recession — ain’t nobody giving your a*s free money.

Foxy Brown was all set to tell a Brooklyn judge there was no way her neighbor saw her drop drawls … because she wasn’t wearing any — but she was spared the opportunity since the Brooklyn judge hearing the case decided to drop the charge against her.

Brown, 31, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was facing prosecution for allegedly violating an order of protection last year by mooning a neighbor with whom she had been feuding.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice John Walsh dismissed the misdemeanor contempt-of-court charge against Brown after prosecutors revealed that her accuser, Arlene Raymond, refused to testify.

“She wanted this matter behind her. She wanted to drop the charges,” Assistant DA Robert Isdith said before asking the judge to toss the rap against Brown.

The hip-hop star had pleaded not guilty.

It turns out Raymond had already won a civil case against Brown by default, since the music star never bothered to respond to the lawsuit.

On May 19, Judge Kathy King made the default judgment against Brown and set an inquest date of July 21. That suit accused Brown of inflicting emotional distress, slander, and outrageous conduct.

Outside court, Brown’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, said he was prepared to use the “underwear defense” had the case gone to trial.

“On the day [of the alleged mooning incident], she was not wearing any underwear,” he said.

Raymond had said that Brown removed her panties when she mooned her.

Brown, who was wearing a silver dress and heels, and toting a Chanel bag, said her accuser was simply jealous of her.

“It’s a scary thing when someone wants to be you and have your life,” she said.

Asked if she was wearing any panties to the hearing, Brown grinned, “To court? No comment.”

Foxy and her accuser got into an argument after Brown blasted her car radio outside their Prospect Heights building.

Last year, Brown was indicted on the misdemeanor charge, but a grand jury declined to indict her on three other misdemeanor and two felony counts.

SMH… This broad again! Foxy Brown showed up two hours late for the contempt trial in connection with the mooning of her neighbor last year and the Brooklyn judge presiding over the court threatened to toss her in the joint (AGAIN) if she is late another time.

“Don’t put me in a position when I’m going to remand you to make sure you’re here at 9:30,” Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice John Walsh told Brown, who showed up at his courtroom past noon. “Court starts at 9:30, not when you roll in.”

An emotional Brown countered that her lawyer Salvatore Srazzullo, who didn’t show up in court but sent an aide instead, instructed her to appear at 11:30 a.m. She showed reporters a text message from him to prove her point.

“This is b——-. I’m always here on time,” she ranted. “This is why I’m peeved.”

Wearing a short, puffy dress, she huddled with her posse and another lawyer before declaring, “I have a big decision to make today.”

Strazzullo later said there is no animosity between his client and him.

Brown, 32, whose real name is Inga Marchand, is set to go on trial for mooning her neighbor in defiance of an outstanding order of protection.

During previous hearings on the misdemeanor charge, the rap diva regularly arrived to court early, then retreated to the ladies room to avoid picture-snapping onlookers until her case was called.

The trial is now set to begin July 12.

He’s accused of being just as sleazy as some of his clients.

High-powered attorney Salvatore Strazzullo, a staple on gossip pages who has represented boldface names and the people who sue them, was hit with a bombshell sexual-harassment suit yesterday.

Former employee Desiree DeMartino, a paralegal, claims Strazzullo once kept her trapped in a conference room, with her 1-year-old son outside, while he pleasured himself for 10 minutes, according to the suit filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

“He said to me, ‘Just touch it, just touch it,’ ” DeMartino, 31, told The Post. “I said, ‘That’s disgusting, you’re a filthy animal.’

“He was kind of like laughing,” DeMartino said of the harrowing incident in 2009. “It was very shocking. I was flipping out.”

Strazzullo claimed he would keep his hands to himself from that point, however…

…Strazzullo was back to his randy ways last October when he “forcibly kissed” DeMartino, put his hands down her blouse and grabbed her breasts, the suit claims.

“I told him this was absolutely the last time he would do this to me and that I was going to press sexual-harassment charges,” she said. “He started laughing at me.”

Weeks later, Strazzullo drastically cut her salary and hours, the suit says.

After her husband called to complain, Strazzullo fired her, the suit claims. DeMartino said she kept working despite the alleged abuse because she needed to help support her family.
